Can someone talk about the awful experience on iPhone if you are a wpp user?

I switched from an iPhone to a Google Pixel 9 Pro and it's amazing. I was on doubtful if I should switch but I finally took the leap of faith I haven't looked back. I been using iPhones since the iPhone 5 and getting used to android is what scared me but is amazing. I honestly feel like I bought a new phone and wonder why I didn't do this sooner

Why it’s a fail? The phone has this same design language for years, has been copied by many other manufacturers, and guess what, many people still like it. And it’s the same for some major android brands, Samsung has been running on the same design for quite a while now, nothing really has changed since the s22 release.

Android devices are great when new, but they tend to become outdated much faster than iOS phones/tablets, don’t they? I have my 2013 iPad Mini 2 that I still occasionally use, and it does a decent job, especially for a device that old! I also have a couple of Android devices from that era, and they are no good at all, completely useless (except for basic phone functionality).

Good review. 2 things- u can change camera control to double click in settings and iPhone can be mirrored to MacBook in latest version, may be yet to rollout to public

Iphones are not good option to use as they lack many features you get in Android mobile. Also prices and fame of iphone hyped by influencer's and marketing department, It did not justify with the actual product. I was iphone user but switched to Android permanently....

You have made the same mistake I once made - you think Apple isn't innovating. But Apple has the very best hardware and software. It also has the best design on any phone and by far the best services and user-facing features. iMessage, Facetime, secure and private email which blocks trackers, Safari, secure and private icloud drive, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Apple TV, Airdrop, Continuity, UWB, fantastic cameras, best video quality on any phone, fantastic support and service worldwide, best speakers on any phone, best display on any phone, highest quality materials and finish on any phone, best resale value of any phone, secure on-device Siri, Ai and ML. And Apple Intelligence will be the ONLY private and secure Ai on the planet. It will also be more useful than Gemini or openAI because it will be integrated into apps. I've been using budget androids for the past 5 years and I'm sick and tired of useless cameras, slow performance and no updates. I'm saving up to buy an iPhone next month. I can't wait to get back to iPhone. I've learned my lesson the hard way that Apple is best and Android is nothing more than google spyware. As for folding phones - what a joke: expensive, bulky and very sensitive. Plus screens that break very easily. Who wants that rubbish?

I agree with you. iPhone 12 or older, get the 16. If you get a really good deal, try trading your 13 or 14. But if you have a 15, save your money.

people don't really care about innovation anymore. They only care about looking cool and fit in with the cool kids. What a shame cause it's a lot more fun and exciting on Android side! Great review like always! I currently use a Flip 5 and never going back to a traditional slab phone. Slab phone is just not practical anymore.

Yeah, Apple has really missed the mark with iPhone 16. 😅 It’s bad. At least I can safely stay on iPhone 13 for few more years without missing out on anything. I like the Apple ecosystem so much and hate android (please don’t ask me why, it’s super subjective and quite petty 😅) otherwise I would definitely consider switching at this point. Apple is probably not changing anything anytime soon . Also Europe seem to be getting a short end of the stick when it comes to technology and innovation 🫣. Are they doing it out of spite because EU makes laws that force them to do something? 😅

Yeah, you're not wrong. Apple Intelligence not being ready at launch is a big fail. (even a bigger fail for Germans who may not get it at all) Pixel is a year ahead; first with a higher resolution Ultra wide, and then a higher resolution selfie cam. Apple could have upgraded these years ago. The slow walk of features is maddening. Same with low storage, no power brick, other "courageous" self imposed limitations that the industry then adopts. Well, I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 and then needed an Iphone to attach a 360 camera. The Iphone 6S was such a piece of junk in comparison. As a world traveller, I bought a Honor by Huawei and its camera was the best at night. HTC made the very best 4G phones fastest data and best in navigation. Back to the Samsung S21u being a Phablet. To travel, nothing beats the clamshell of a Macbook Air and the M1 chip was the fastest if you are not into gaming. Now I picked up the IP15 pro max after the Samsung had their S24u. Apple remains the king of video. Most people do not realise that up to 30% of videos they watch are shot on an Iphone 15 onwards. Because it has Apple Log pro mode, nothing else comes even close in video. For still shots the world is full of flagships and humans just become more stupid when you add AI. I have tested the camera button on the model 16 and would very much like to have it. After all you can use everything on screen if you shoot vertical. Having face id for banking is also so much safer, a reason to pass on Android for the time being. For video, the 16 series finally adds a pause button!

Hmmmm.... I thought ya could change it to a double press to open the cam under the Settings app under Camera Control. Though, yeah, not everyone goes under there frequently. I'm just annoyed that Audiomix has to be "camera" feature only. No love to the folks who use audio mostly (voice memos app). Nice thoughts ya have here! PS. In general, the USA is behind on many things in the tech world, which I admit, is saddening.
