Simon, I can’t believe that you didn’t point out a very famous pub on The Green. It was even in the video. I was in the pub 8 weeks ago. It was featured in a very popular TV show and people arrive every day from all over the world to have their photos taken in the bar. The series was Ted Lasso. The Prince’s Head

Hereford Cathedral is also home to a 1217 Magna Carta, one of only 4 from that year, it's also the one that's in the best condition and the only one still with it's "King Johns Writ" from 1215 (Instructions on how to use the Magna carta) which would've be sent out to the Lords/Bishop Hereford way before the Magna Carta arrived. Because of it's excellent condition The Hereford Magna Carta is the one that normally get's sent on it's travels, in 2015 (I think) it did a World Tour visiting 3 continents, travelling some 37,000 miles and visiting countries such as the USA, Portugal and even China.

I thoroughly enjoyed your video walk through of Fort William. My wife, my sister, my brother-in-law and I drove through Fort William in pouring rain on our pilgrimage to see my dad's homeland just before Covid broke out. He was born in Dundee, but we had two magnificent weeks in Scotland. We loved it all, but the Highlands had a mystic charm that captivated all four of us. We live in far off south- east Queensland, but I really enjoy keeping in touch with Scotland through CZcams. I've subscribed to your channel. I'll be a regular Simon.

When you were video-ing St..Marys Church when you walked at the back of it you missed a beautiful mill pond it was right by the church and a famous place to visit. It has swans & ducks and every body does a visit to see it.

There were not many A300 and A310s around back then. I was a kid, born 1980, and only recall seeing a few Cyprus Airways and Swissair A310s at Manchester. Iberia, AF and Lufthansa used them to Heathrow by the looks of it and Sabena! Later on I recall Emirates A310 s and A300s and occasionally the Orion and Monarch A300s in Manchester. It took Airbus years to convince the market then in finally did. The Tristar was my favourite!
