Seems like a slightly different model to mine , I had a earlier one and it’s got like 700 miles on it and it’s going strong touch wood, are you sure it’s not push to start ?
ive had this problem. the wiring maybe too tight for me. i open the deck and made it fit better and it was solved..u can test this if it always works when u are not standing on the scooter.. hope it works
Change the thing for the blue screen one and get it from aliexpress after all should be ok exepted if the problem is relate to your moter or the 2 controller in your deck.

My motor gave out in the back then the brake locked up. been a problem since i had it. My Es18 has been good though.

I haven't because one of the screw for my deck was faulty so impossible to open it. I send the scooter back and get a refund
