      The album came out at a weird time in music. Was a tad overlooked, IMO. Pedals is fantastic as a whole. Luckily I was able to see them a few times on that '11 tour. "Weird time" meaning that in 2001, they were filling huge venues and in 2011, the shows I went to were like 100 people or less. Crazy!

    Prayer for a cleansing NEVER got to play because the drummer of GodBelow stole my main Ascend piccolo snare. Yes,I know it is ridiculous for a drummer to only have one snare drum,but it is what made up my sound. He is using the aforewritten snare in this video. I Never got to practice with Prayer For A Cleansing because I was lacking a snare drum. He used it on the split with Ringworm called "hollowed soul",as well. Thanks, Joe Murphy...it is only fitting you're playing drums for "Unholy." your guitarist(John Dennison) is a dick riding thief too.

      I have always loved Kris's playing. He was lethal in God Below. I consider myself lucky to have been in Syracuse for the 2000-1 era when they were literally playing weekly all over Central New York. Still one of the heaviest bands I've ever seen to date in metal/punk/hardcore more generally.

    Saw them in Rochester in 99 at a college dining hall (I think UofR). Maybe 20 people there it was a great show.
