Paul's Right Hand
zhlédnutí 44Před 2 lety
So much of playing a guitar depends on the pick hand. The fingerboard hand gives you the notes & shapes, but the rest tone, timing, phrasing, volume, tempo, rhythm, etc., are all about the pick hand. This is my pick hand, just noodling around, but maybe there is some insight gained by not seeing the other hand.

Surprising how few comments there are here. This is a wonderful renditon of Limerock and Byron (RIP) has such fluidity and musicality in his phrasing and delivery. His fiddle has this wonderful wheezy quality that really lights things up. One of my absolute fave bluegrass tunes.

Tyson was my favorite fighter from 1985 - firing original trainers & management! He, Tyson would be considered the greatest fighter of all-time if he didn’t turn into a POS… Buster Douglas and Evander Holyfield would’ve been assassinated by the real Tyson…

When Cus passed away, Mike wasn't really the same fighter. His problems began to emerge and he became more of a lost soul. I'm so glad he dragged himself up and is a wise, mushroom-eating grandpa nowadays.

When Cus saw Mike spar for ten minutes upon meeting him at age 13 he said that boy is going to be heavyweight champion of the world. He had been around boxing for over 60 years at that point. He said to his friend "lightning has struck me twice."
