Hi I love your videos. What is your Facebook group?
Nice video your content is really good 👍 but I saw your videos thumbnail need some improvement . I'm a professional thumbnail designer, currently working with established CZcamsrs like Dr. Tanvi Mayur Patel (361k subs), Dr. Sahaj Joshi (215k subs), and Healthy Forever (77k subs). I believe with the right thumbnails, your content could reach even more viewers. I'd love to help you level up your channel’s visual appeal. Looking for your response ☺️
This is a complete load of rubbish 😅
Did Doug McAdam pay the bill for the quarter in the end?
Thank you for another valuable podcast 🙂

"Happiness is not a destination but a way of traveling"
Thank you tor this podcast! Perfect timing for me ❤
You’re welcome!!
Hi ,Dear . I hope you are well . I just came across your CZcams channel and wanted to let you know that I think your videos are great but if you SEO your videos properly you will get better results in no time. . Can I talk to you?
I love the question you gave of “are you the character or the author of this story?” A lot of my clients have ADHD, so verbal processing is a big part of that, but this has given me some great tools to take this further. Thank you!
I'm currently studying to be a coach, and I've also been trying for some time to develop my intuition. I was surprised to find it mentioned by Julie Starr as one of the 5 core skills of a coach, and this podcast has been really helpful in expanding on that and understanding how to develop and use it. Thank you.
Please do more of these videos. Quite insightful. Helped me change my state in just 10 mins.

Hello my friend, I recently came across your CZcams channel and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after conducting a comprehensive analysis, I noticed there is room for improvement for your CZcams channel to get more visitors and subscribers. • Your Video Title and description needs to be improved • You need to use more relevant tags and keywords • Organic promotion of Top social media • High-ranking tag setup (keyword, hashtag) If you want I can do a free CZcams channel audit for you for your better understanding.
Thanks for taking the time to create these videos. They are a great resource

Hi, Your Content is fantastic, But your video optimization section area is not perfectly up to date. Out of 100 that’s score 0 , That’s why your video is not reaching out to people, and you have very few subscribers, views , likes, watch time and comments. I am waiting for your reply to help you. Thanks and regards

You're welcome!
Sounds cool how do I train with you sounds very seligman perls
so helpful Jo and Zoe particular if a coachee feels that they are not making progress
Thank you for this conversation, it came at just the right moment. I needed inspiration while helping one client think through why they should/could embark on maturing their learning models, engaging coaching in a less ad-hoc way and instead more connected with their growth objectives and needs (as yet undefined....workshops coming). I work as an independent coach and needed to stop and lift my head back up to think this through, and this discussion helped a lot. Appreciated.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode and found it very helpful as i am in the process of having to choose a mentor from amongst 3 of the best coaches i was given to help guide with my ILM 7 coaching tasks. Its tough choosing one out of 3, but i do hope after our chemistry session I'll be in a better position to pick the best coach who'll be more suited to taking our relationship where I'll like it to be. Thanks for this video.
This was so good, thank you.
If I said I was "banging my head against a brick wall" and you asked me "what kind of wall is that?", I would assume you are either not listening properly, or are reading off a script.
And then we would realise that and ask a different question. For many clients approaching their challenges from unexpected and radical perspectives unlocks powerful new insight. If that’s not for you, your coach would adapt to your needs and try another approach.
Procrastination is definitely everywhere - thanks for this informative video. ❤
Dear both, Thank you for this very insightful video. I found the conversation a gem! Some great questions, and also reflection points for coaches. Thank you again!

Yes we questioned whether to upload this one or not as it wasn't a great recording but please do tune in via audio on the podcast if you'd like to listen to the clean recording You can find that on www.podfollow.com/the-coaching-crowd. Thanks for the feedback!
Very annoying all those loud notifications!!
Thank you so much for this and your channel, I've recently decided to pick up my coach training again after a few years off and your content is amazing! I have a question with regards to this demonstration please and the Goal aspect, when the Goal was mentioned as 'to launch the ILM in Jan etc' would the coach not have chunked this down by asking 'if you had to break this down into different parts to get there what would they be?' and then 'and out of them what is most important to focus on now'? then would the answer to that final question not have been the goal? I'm getting stuck by understanding how far we need to chunk down to get the goal as I've heard there can be a topic, journey goal, session goal etc. Your advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kim.
It depends on what the clients wants, the time you have together, how easily the client can define wha they want to get out of the session. Chunking down in coaching is a useful skills but equally not all clients need the granular detail. Goals are important in coaching but the most important piece is the gap - what is stopping the client being able to achieve what they want. This is where the coaching takes place. :)
