@@pretzelrides3748 --- You may be right. I'll have to listen to the BulletBoys more carefully. But Torien has some great guitar chops. It is extra impressive because when I first heard him play, I thought he was just a singer. I didn't know he could play like that. Tracii Guns is a good solid guitar player -- but I don't think he is brilliant or overly original -- and there are a lot of other guitar players I'd rather listen to.
Kudos to Marq Torien for being chill and doing his thing.

I wouldn't quite say that. His ego makes him think he's way better than he is, but I wouldn't go so far as to say he's a never was. Tracii is a pretty good guitarist.

I dont know if that's quite fair. LA Guns had some good national exposure. And he's regarded as a good player by people in the industry. Tracii has also been in bands with some big names in the 80s rock scene. LA Guns was not a mega seller like Motley Crue or GnR but rock fans know them.
