Except you still need to wear a bonet because without it, you're spreading hair product on the entire pilow, and you still need to lay your face on same surface. Pimples.
Hi ! I prefer to wear a bonnet but if it falls off , Iâm protected. So whether I donât wear it or do and it falls off , my skin is still in contact with pillow . If you get pimples from contact with your hair , then yes I highly suggest you follow that advice . I do not . Thank you for your input :)

But if your hair is already porous and more lifted why raise it further? Iâve heard of using steam with heavy products to block some of the water on high porosity hair. I plan to do this but Iâve seen people damage their hair with steam.
