Zeus is a 9 yo male Siberian Husky who was also featured in the Disney Movie "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" when he was 8 weeks old! He and his litter mates were in the scene in the subway station where the wolves are turned into puppies!
Zeus also has a pillow and tote bag! His pillow is sold @ Nordstrom and all proceeds from the sale of his pillow and tote go to Harnessed to Hope Northern Breed Rescue, a husky rescue in Pennsylvania!

Stubborn Husky refuses to eat and tries to bury food
Zeus the Stubborn Husky has been diagnosed with a large liver tumor which may be inoperable. We hope to get good news during surgery which is tentatively schedule for Friday September 11th, 2020. Zeus had lost some weight which prompted a vet visit, and ultimately the discovery of the tumor. His appetite has lessened (despite being on medication) due to the tumor pushing on his stomach. His meals have been cubed steak and grilled chicken, some of his favorites. Despite these yummy offerings, he's struggled to eat all his meals and snacks. It has taken some coaxing and tricking to get him to eat (including peer pressure from Kaden!). Follow Zeus on his journey, which we hope will be for many more years yet.

Zeus was recently diagnosed with a large and growing (hopefully benign) tumor on his liver. He goes in two days for a consult and they will hopefully be able to do surgery the same day and remove it (paws crossed). Zeus had been losing some weight as a result of the tumor. Zeus was losing weight and he went to the vet at the end of August 2020. He had an ultrasound today which discovered a large tumor (likely non-cancerous, but large and serious) on his liver, and pushing on his stomach. He will have a surgical consult Tuesday 9/8/20 followed by surgery (hopefully) that same day. Zeus came home from the vet today and seemed to be sulking (he had his belly shaved)...
