Tread water, float and swim on back, swim on front, swim under water, jump in and dive into deep water from side and starting block. Plus swim 50 yards unassisted. Quite an impressive accomplishment!

Steve started from not being able to swim to being able to jump and dive in the deep water, tread water and swim to the other end 25 yards away. Congrats!!!

Did you give any calming substances to your kitty?
This is seriously dangerous!!! If your rod falls your cat can really get seriously hurt! You need a more secure rod holder so that rod doesn’t fall! Imagine people watching your video who have a bigger cat and then do this and the rod falls while the cat is hanging! Not Safe!!!

Just don't cut down to the quick--If you hold the nail to the light--You can see the vein --Don't cut into that they bleed and it hurts cat!

Well done! Thanks for the demo. Just got one of these and working up the courage to put my rescue in it. 😊. Claws are how cats make their living, especially rescues who had to use them to hunt for breakfast and defend themselves so they can be very unhappy about clipping them. 😼

I bought one and haven't tried it yet. My cats are like Cujo and quite large. Not sure what to hang them on.

@@DougChristensen Tried that first and it bent the shower rod. Luckily my vet suggested one of the chin up bars that goes in a doorway. Should hold even my 30 lb cat.

His first time in he managed to get out sort of and almost choke himself. Since then I can do it without.

Make your life easier and distract the cat with a tube treat while you cut his nails. Cat will be distracted/less anxious and so will you

How much would it cost to get something like that done in a residential private home?
That is a good question. I reused our stairs. Most contractors would want to build new to be up to current code. This took me maybe 3 hours alone. I would guess a contractor might charge a couple thousand. Which is why I did it myself in our home.

That's a really good tip! I've also seen where people drill holes in the sides of the can.
The reason I made no holes is you never know when you will need a container for dripping water

Very cool. I use the filled trash bag to dip a new trash bag into the can without trapping air.
what I do is put some of the garbage in the bottom of the new bag before I put it in the can . usually when I go to put a big bag in the big outside container I will have a small garbage can to unload from the house and I just toss that small bag of garbage into the large new bag and no more air bubbles in the can OR you can just take your little finger and push it thru the bag up at the top inside and that will let the air out too I dont use my pillows around the garbage can , somehow it seem unsanitary as I put my face on these at times I know you wont like this so just delete it
that would work too but I don't like handling trash much
