I did that for a few years for myself! Then I went into business for myself so I quit burning wood and just turned up the thermostat! Not as warm but I had no time to gather wood! Now at 79 I have a bad shoulder and couldn't handle a chainsaw anyway. Now I set and watch you do it instead.

Your children are getting a good and very useful education on your Homestead. I was glad my boys were at least able to take shop classes in High School. I don’t think the classes are even offered now.
