I do not aspirate when I am injecting under the eyes because these injections are ALWAYS done with the needle tip directly in contact with the infraorbital bone (maxilla). If the needle is truly in contact with the bone, there is no way that you are in a vessel.

It was not such a seamless treatment for me, I had a lot of bruising for almost 2 weeks and then I had a pretty prominent Tindal Effect which eventually faded.
