You do great drone footage but thank god for the mute button this would do my nut in and i like all sorts of music .Keep up the brilliant drone footage.
@user-qw8ef9kf7k thank you !
Great drone footage pity about the absolutely terrible crap appalling noise called music if you can call it that the town deserves a lot better.
@@user-qw8ef9kf7kthere us a mute button 👉
MES vocals in their authentic Manc' pomp. Pre-the unintelligible ridiculous fake Yank Lou Reed in extremis rasping drawl of post Curious Oranji .
Love this. Thanks for making this. Makes me homesick.
Pleased you enjoyed it.
That’s awesome! Taking it on such a long flight and covering so much area!
Thanks. I was stood just where the video started the whole time.
What a beautiful song
Gold gold gold
Never saw any of this when passed through from York!!
Brilliant dystopian tune. Bravo Mark E. Smith.
The poplar type trees at the bottom of the school playing fields were planted when I attended Malton Junior School in the late 60s!
Growing up in the 70s wasn't all Tizer and Angel Delight.
Nice flight and video. You got a new subscriber
Thank you. I'm still a newbie
Love these drone footages like flying around 😄

Getting me thru 2021
We need more people with this down to Earth punk.
This is how culture went UPWARD for over 30 years...
Hopefully them days will return
@@alexstewart5893 We all need to push, AND HARD, STILL HARDER. And the girls need to do more too, & go back to Venus, Isis, Cytherea, Psyche, and all the Good Ol' Goddesses, and forget the Mommy Puritans and sundry, celibate poisoners like Dworkin, Steinem, Reagan, et al. We need fuck queens again like Janis, Gracie, Alice Bag, Tallulah, et al.
Brilliant. Raw gets rawer by Peeling it.
Q sucedió con esos niños es un montaje son reales o son graciosos
Memories seeing this band in the 80’s 😎
I love The Fall, but this track disproves the lie of "The Peel Sessions are always better". Obviously there are some absolutely incredible Fall Peel Sessions...this isn't one of them, sorry
Better then the studio version for me but the whole word is large and I am here to enable everyone to say yes no or I don't know even...
P.s is this the infamous stixvoll from Reddit? love your vinyl posts if so
@@Turfdeanthantrax Afraid so! Thanks man appreciate your kind words:) Love your profile pic mate
Beats the album version hands down for me.
@@tuncaygets20 I'll be honest, it's just because it's pretty badly out of tune. Now I'm not denying that that can be a big part of the charm of early Fall stuff...or later music, heheh--but because "Winter" is so stark and simple (but not simplistIC) it's kind of too glaring for me and sets my teeth on edge a bit. But the album version is a masterpiece, imho.
Entrances Uncovered..
I'll take both of you on
yeahman...MCR
I’ve been looking for this version for years after getting it on an underground magazine tape. Better than the electric version and beats the acoustic by a hair too. Good old John Peel. The world of music is so much richer because of you and a great loss without you. RIP
Enjoy mate. Best version in my opinion.
Maybe just stories of the twitching automatons left over, after any original communal meaning has been bleached out from the cities street-scapes, and now it's just a chilly, ruined world of cryptic signage, left by agencies unknown, for reasons the native populace can only guess at, but where they all must 'live' (although, maybe, there are some 'Entrances uncovered / Entrancers uncovered') (At least that's the feeling I got, listening to this just now)
well that's fair enough, innit?
Beautiful!
Okay, This is #3. Third behind New Puritan and The NWRA. All live versions. Sense a pattern. LIVE!
the NWRA on A Part of America Therein is just fantastic. I imagine a crowd of New Wave trend hunters in the States treated to an opening 3 minute kazoo solo
Dark ! ... and beautiful .

well, this explains the whole "lights" thing.
Okay. Fall circa 1980-81. Zenith. They were never better.
11 May 80 - 22 Dec 82 is peak Fall!
For me, ' Hex' was their peak, and despite not liking Brixe's addition in '83, ' Perverted' is still a great record (save for the awful "Hotel Bloedel", which features her lead vocals). The two albums after that are listenable, and I liked 'Bend Sinister' OK, but 'Perverted' was the swan song of the classic lineup.
Quality, they played this at Cardiff Uni years ago, never heard it since....
For some reason, I imagine this happening in America, rather than the UK, something MES saw during a stint in Chicago or somewhere. The hyper-awareness that comes from being in an unfamiliar place.
It is very British
Could not be more Northern...
Waiting for someone to assert that this could only happen in Prestwich.

Sounds best when you're ruinously drunk.
Noel's Chemical Effluence agreed
And not half bad when you're only half in the bag.
Pretty apt, I guess...
IMHO, the 'Hex' version is best.
Could always see the beauty in the mundane and the bizarre, that was the beauty of Mr. Mark E Smith.
That woz the beauty x
This song does something to me and I can’t explain it.
Absolutely. Impossible to explain why but it makes other music sound inadequate.
me too. mad isn't it
Total classic!! ✌️
Yes
That's The Fall sound-world for you, can't quite explain the way it can make you feel, - like a piece of grit stuck under the skull that over time becomes the unaccoutable pearl
