Casablanca Zephyr ceiling fan (pre-restoration video)
This is a Casablanca Zephyr from 1987 that needs quite a bit of work, so this is the "pre restoration" video. The bearings are completely shot and the fan is filthy, and even has some lovely spider eggs on it. Even though this might be a rather "boring" or "basic" Casablanca model with a rather common finish, I think this fan is cool because it uses the very early RMM2 IntelliTouch system, which fan collectors call RMM 1.5. It is basically RMM2 with Flik mode when Casablanca was switching from RMM1 to RMM2.
Update: I have cleaned this fan and replaced the bearings so another video will be done soon. I discovered that this fan needed a new flywheel when I had it taken apart, so that was done as well. The original flywheel was barely hanging on which we did not notice when making this video. This fan belongs to @CeilingFanFiles

Stunning Casablanca Four Seasons ceiling fan from 1984 with gorgeous antique oak cane blades and RMM1 IntelliTouch. After replacing the IT board and bearings this fan runs like new again, minus the issue with speed 1. with @CeilingFanFiles
Ceiling fans in a rental cabin

This is at a cabin that my family rented for a few days in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The Monte Carlo in one of the bedrooms clearly has an issue, so I took the fan apart and that's when I discovered the blown up capacitor. I later discovered that the Monte Carlo has terrible bearings after spinning it by hand. The owner of this place will likely replace it unfortunately.

This is a K63 Royal Windyne ceiling fan that I found on Facebook Marketplace. It is pretty much just a fancy Emerson Heat fan. @@ceilingfanman9662 Oh, I see, so that needs to be replaced? Apparently I forgot that the BFR is meant for all speeds but high.
@@ceilingfansclocksminecraft1226 if the BFR is replaced that should fix speed 1. However other than speed 1, it still works perfectly so it’s not worth replacing the BFR. Plus the RMM1 BFR’s are hard to find.
