tuollaisella pöydällä on varmasti hyvä pelata esim. pelikorteilla kesäiltana!

Helou, can you do a tuning pedals for volvo?
Yes my friend contact me on ICQ
Hieno pöytä, respect from finland
now do it by hand without glue and nails, only traditional wood working tools.
Just wait for about 60 years, I need to grow the trees first.
Kokee pöytä 🤝
Komee
Kiitosta!
Why do most people choose to put the VFD inside the same cabinet where the controller and steppers are located? Doesn't this allow EMF to affect the electronics?
I think it comes down to cost and ease of wiring. But yes, if one does not use properly grounded shielded wires, then it might be a problem, though I've both seen and used myself non groubded wires wirh VFD right next to the stepper drivers without an issue. IMO the EMI issue meme has grown to be much of a bigger issue in online discussions than it actually is in practice. In most setups the location of the inverter is not the actual issue.
the video quality is good, fun to watch

Peukalo sille
Ostin kans dominon pari vuotta sitten käytettynä, enkä oo hetkeekään katunu.
tyylikäs lavitsa!
Kiitos puddi, thank you pudding!
Here's a link to the 3D model. I will be uploading a lot more stuff there, so if you're interested in my older projects then please follow me on GrabCAD. If you have any questions about the model, hit me up!
Very nice my dude but you gotta wear safety glasses we only get 2 eyebulbs
Exactement le genre de vidéo qui n'apporte rien mais vraiment rien sauf pour le mec qui se gratte le nombril
Sacré bleu!
Is the VFD controller extender just friction fit? Awesome work btw!
Thanks! Yes, with some additional snap tabs.
Amazing! 🤍
🙌
Can you provide a link to the cooling system you used for the spindle ?
It's regular PC water cooling parts, most of it I bought used.
Fantastic build, thanks for sharing.
Interested in your fusion files. Gorgeous chair
Good work. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum last week 😎
Awesome! Thank you!
Nice work
WOW! I want one. Better than the SHARK? And you wear PATAGONIA 👍👍
Thanks! I think it's better than Shark in a sense that it takes a smaller footprint as theres no protruding parts, and the fence is easily removable, only four bolts.
Skvělý projekt . Naprosto dokonalé zpracování. Závidím vám tuto šikovnost.
Děkuji!
Awesome build, I had been pondering this type of build in solidworks for awhile now; my only dilemma is understanding the code for programming and electronics for the switches/ display. Do you have a full build plan or plan to make one for sale?
I am currently cleaning up the project and will post the Fusion file somewhere. I'll let you know then! The electronics side is easy to understand if you think of it as a two axis CNC, at least easier than building a CNC.
@@kyy-_- thanks, I’d appreciate it.
@@ProjectAnubisUSA Hello! If you need inspiration, here's the Fusion file I used: grabcad.com/library/a-motorized-router-table-1
@@kyy-_- @kyy-_- I appreciate you following up with the model. I'll defiantly use it when designing mine. I just downloaded Fusion 360 today and would like to get decent in this software since they have the free option. Currently I'm using Solidworks due to my employment's preferences. Hopefully you will make more videos on this build (audio overview detailing maybe the coding layout and part choices). I enjoy watching the thought process in people's builds. Nevertheless, I appreciate you sharing your build.
I love that you're missing part of your thumb and still not using a push block.
I have 9 and a 3/4 push blocks attached to my hands, what do you mean? :D
From experience I use two limit switches at each end of stroke. Per side one acts at your end of limit stroke sensor. The second is your over travel. That'll prevent over stroking in both directions. Just a suggestion you seem to be doing fine on your own 😂
Thanks for the comment! I have hard limit switches on the router lift at both ends, up and down. On the fence hard switches on the homing end and I am using software limits on the other end to avoid over travel.
Good clean wiring! Did you check your table top for twist using two parallels (winding sticks)?
Thanks! I just checked that it was flat against my table saw table.
Todella hieno. Ja hyviä pätkiä, keep it coming.
Kiitos!
nice job on the f&f, and on refurbing the slider. Would you post a link to the aluminum tracks? Thanks!
Thanks! It's called Type 45 miter track. Here's the one I got: www.amazon.de/Pieces-T-Groove-Adhesive-Screws-Woodworking/dp/B08S7H6YG8/
Excellent - Thanks!
Thanks for posting this - also, where are the track stops from? I saw the tracks, but not the stops…
Here's the stops: www.amazon.de/SPORTARC-1401403021-Aluminium-T-Groove-Woodworking/dp/B0CKT492LD/

just wondering why you left the knots? beautiful work btw
interested by these din rail clip ^^ mind sharing the files ? :p
Awsome work! Do you have by any chance some bom, wiring diagram... that you could share?
Thanks and sorry for a late reply! I don't have any wiring diagrams unfortunately.
Awsome work! Do you have some bom, wiring diagram... that you could share?
Thanks! Unfortunately no :(
@@kyy-_- I would pay for a wiring diagram
@@grandmastersreaction1267you can probs use the PrintNC wiring diagram for reference
Beautiful!
Tus diseños se ven realmente hermosos...gran trabajo, no olvides seguirnos 👍🧡
Those are nice stops. Did you make them? Where did they come from?
I bought those from Amazon: www.amazon.de/Fence-T-Track-Stopper-T-Slot-Adjustable/dp/B07P9HS6YR/
Jointer without using push blocks is walking a tight rope lol
True! 🤣
Beautiful chair, amazing work. The amount of squeeze out and drips on your glue ups made me physically uncomfortable 😂 I wanted to clean it sooo bad. But then again, no matter how "neat" I am, I could never get close to your level of craftmanship. So, who cares what I think.
Where do you get the mounting brackets for the motor controllers?
Drew in Fusion and then 3D printed. There's also some other printable models in thingiverse ect.
Seems like your design has heated inserts. Super cool!
@@kyy-_-Nice design would you consider uploading this to thingaverse?
@@kyy-_- did you experience any deformation of printed DIN rail brackets due to stepper driver heat dissipation?
@@keheha I haven't yet. I wouldn't suggest in printing those in PLA, cause then those will deform. ABS works well, that's what I used.
Where did you purchase your spindle cooling system?
It's just common PC water cooling parts controlled with the VFD's DRV port so the fan and pump is only on when the spinde is actually running. If you've got the regular chinese 2,2kw spindle you'll want to upgrade the ports to M8x1 to 10mm in order to use 10mm ID hose instead of the standard 6mm hose.
Thanks!@@kyy-_-
Great job, wish I could do the same.
Love it - Its great to see the Root Controller out in the wild! keep up the good work!
