They look good, is the light output any good, at least comparing to modern led lights, I like the retro styling and want something that will fit the look of an old Jeep but I also want lights that are going to be useful.

Hi! I know this sounds a bit odd but.. could you tell part number for that mask/grill (or VIN for that car), maybe send a PM? I'd be curious to upgrade my EU AE-92 with same headlights but it has different headlights design from factory. I know I have to maybe modify bonnet and perhaps fenders, maybe other things too but I'd appreciate I'f you could lend a hand here :). I think my E9 could've been close or if not same color as yours fron factory, nowadays mine is red tho' :D

How close was your rear wheel to touching the spring? I just tried to install some max speedings to my 91 corolla estate and the wheels were no where near going on at the back. 😢

I recently got a set of similar headlights but the fitment was off on my 1990 Corolla Wagon. The side markers didn't want to fit up properly. Like your videos man. I'm currently rebuilding the front suspension. I have new control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, and Whiteline front rear control arm bushings. Also looking into upgrading the front rotors and calipers while I'm in there

where did you put the washers that came with the arm on? i cant seem to make this noise go away either

That series of Corolla is the greatest car in the world. Long story but I recently had to get rid of my manual '91 Corolla - the only car I have ever owned since new and it had 634,358 miles on it and was still getting over 40mpg. On the plus side, I had found another '91 with only 59,595 miles and was so immaculate, I would have licked ANY part of that car. I felt like it should be on a showroom floor or in a museum-it was so perfect. They are simply the greatest cars ever.

Im stoked you mentioned loosen the speedo cable from the motor, did a taco swap from clock on an ae82 corolla a few months back and doing another for a twin cam set up... was dreading the speedo cable and sore hands ha ha... nice work!

I know it's an old video but I thought id ask questions wherever theres knowledgeable people. I got an AE82 Seca Liftback and was hoping anyone had some knowledge on where to find some body kits for it that werent trashy. Looking for something along the lines of the 86 Levin Bumper and lip but they apparently the 86 bumpers dont fit the 82 but the 92 bumpers do. If anyone knows where to grab some kits for it or if the 92 kits are better to look at and make fit thatd be great

So I got the DRL light strip headlights recently and ran across the same problem with the low beam connector not matching. Gotta swap the connector out and do this exactly. Several years later, how have yours held up? I'm about to turn mine on in about a week.

Nice I have a tachometer cluster laying around i didn't plan to use. This video inspired me to do the same swap maybe some bulbs and vinyl aswell.

For the stereo did you take off the two mounting brackets from old one and screw them onto the sides of the new stereo? So no cage needed?

Hey man you should consider flushing out your intercooler. You'd be surprised what comes out of there. The oil builds up inside and reduces efficiency. I used degreaser and kerosene.
