I think young goalkeepers should sit at his feet and just listen. For a young man, he has quite a load of life lessons that no academy can teach you. You can tell he will do well as a coach after his goalkeeping career. The point he made about fear and making mistakes resonates with me - way back I had a short stint as an assistant coach in my university, my head coach had this philosophy about fear and mistakes. He would say "do not be afraid of making mistakes; cos it will come. If you are afraid of it, when you eventually make it you will never recover from it. But if you accept the mistake you learn quickly and you'll have less chances of repeating it." That was at the beginning when he wanted our department's team to play the tiki taka. In the beginning we lost a lot of matches, owing of course to players losing the ball at critical positions. But in 6 months when the players soaked in this philosophy, tiki taka became a second nature - so much so that we became impossible to beat. That was the first time I experienced a philosophy at work. I saw players doing things that ordinarily their skillset wasn't built for. I saw the power of confidence.
