I just got one for my daughter. It fits the space we have nicely, and the front hatch gives plenty of room for access and plenty of depth for the bedding. I really like it. However, it is an absolute pig to put together. The glass panels are supposed to slide in but the stick and have to be whacked down. Really worrying with glass! The worst bit is that the lid won’t fit on and I can only secure 3 corners. Im thinking of returning it. I’m also thinking of just leaving it.

i have robo and russian this will be a very helpful video for new hamster owners hamsters and i have to daily wash their wheels as they are full of bits of seeds and wee . i also like to use a large wall calendar to jot down the hamsters names and mark in the days of spot cleaning and deep cleaning to keep me organised as i have 5 hamsters [ all in own cages ] and a lot to remember .this will be a good video for new hamster owners to watch .

I just started feeding my cat only wet because he just got his second uti. He used to get 1/4 cup of dry food a day for dinner with a can of wet for breakfast. Now I'm only doing wet food. Great video!

They only sell the wooden version of the regular cage which infuriates me. It was the ugliest color. I wanted a pink one so bad it hurts! Now I’m going with the stackable since it’s white. I think it’ll last longer anyway bc it’s glass and plastic. Just wish they offered it in a larger size for Syrians. But I’m not getting it for a hamster anyway. I’m getting it for my (future I don’t have them yet) African Pygmy dormice lol

great idea to do this step by step hamster guide ...i like the idea of starting first with the hamster itself and how they vary from each other . my first hamster was a russian dwarf hamster given to my daughter [ she was 16 ] and i eventually started looking after him as she kept putting the cage outside of her bedroom as the wheel was disturbing her sleep ...so i brought the hamster downstairs to be in the living room [ lounge ] with me . then when he passed away i was devastated so i got another little hammy and so began my now twenty years of having hamsters .since watching videos like this i have learnt so much and now my present day hamsters live in good cages with enrichment and boredom breakers too .

Lol my dog was like this after getting fixed, so I went to PetSmart and got one of those blow up rings, it's like a cone but much more comfortable and I think it was under like 15$! Since they've gotta wear it for like 15days it's worth it if you can pimp it!! Good luck😊

Omg, I remember my aunt had a hamster last year. It escaped the cage because she left the door open and they couldn’t didn’t find it. Couple days later they round a very deep whole going down, the thing it they live in a flat so yeah…never found the hamster…

Of topic, but your makeup is gorgeous! Anywho, its really sad people still impulsive buy hamsters..hopefully this will change. Now it the uk they make sure you have big enough cages and actually recommend good things, might just be my local pets at home though.
