I think he would not have been convicted if he had even a half decent lawyer and he gives a very good argument for why he didn't do it but the thing that bothers me is I never once heard him say he did not do it.
So I am the medic that pronounced this young girl and I testified against him in trial, and without a doubt this guy now wants his freedom, but what he’s not saying and neither is your interview with this guy, he and his defendant sat in the courtroom LAUGHING all through the trial when they spoke about the wound to this little girl and mocked their way through the trial. Was evidence presented that showed beyond a reasonable doubt they were IN FACT involved in killing this little girl? Absolutely!!!!! Was it circumstantial in nature, yes. But by no means has this guy ever offered up an apology to the family for this heinous crime. He and his wanna be gang leader shot and killed a 14 year old girl. The wound was massive and nearly severed her head from her shoulders. I refused to testify unless the mother was removed from the courtroom because I didn’t want her to hear the description of the wound. He is sitting on death (or as he says deaf row) because he is guilty. He’s not going to be executed because he’s an innocent man, make no mistake about it, he IS A COLD BLOODED KILLER!!!!!!! he could have made something of his life but instead he blames ole whitey for all of his choices he made freely, like dropping out of school, selling dope, robbing people whatever else he's done to include killing folks, so you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for giving this “thug, wanna be” a voice to mock the memory of this little girl, her family and the justice system. I knew and worked with several officers he mentions as corrupt and none of those guys were corrupt, what they were was thorough and that is what got him caught. Once they told those boys riding in the backseat they would go to prison for accomplice they turned on them in a heartbeat. After all, we all know there is no honor among thieves. Him and Davis should in fact, be executed and die to face the King of all Judges and if he thinks being locked up for life is bad, wait till he receives his just reward in glory. Stop giving voice to these killers, they’re not stars but thugs and the bible says if you live by the sword you shall die by the sword and he is now facing the coming sword. I only wished they didn’t allow so long to execute these killers.
I have been watching for 2 minutes and already can see he is delusional and a liar. His version of the story is so unbelievable. This guy is where he belongs.

@Donnell Okafor yes he was. What’s so bs with that? He was a guard at Brushy Mountain. He even was a guard at the time James Earl Ray was there. He told me that James always told him he didn’t do it. He claimed that up until James died. My dad would say I believe him. He goes why would he say that if it wasn’t true. He was already found guilty of Killing Martin King so it wasn’t going to make it any better or what worse. So my dad always thought he was telling the truth on that.. Anyways it ain’t bs bro!

I also dated a guy that lived in same town as that prison so we drive up there all the time looking at it. It was just creepy looking at. Looked like an old castle. I don’t think it’s even open anymore or they remodeled it I can’t remember. My dad was way gone before that happened. Now he worked in three different prisons they were in Tennessee . One was in fall creek falls area. I don’t know which prison it was he would talk to James earl ray in I’ll call and ask him and let you know. The other was in Nashville I do believe. I’ll have to ask him more cause he told me this years ago and I only remember bits and pieces . I just don’t remember all the prisons he worked at is about all .

Firstly did anyone read the update, it says he is no longer on death row dated 26th of May 2017, so how can he have been executed, and secondly, what's with all the nasty comments. Shame on you. Doesnt anybody research anymore? Many are on death row, because of crooked police, crooked attorneys and false witnesses.
