The primary focus is to change the body composition from more fat and less muscle, to more muscle and less fat. Weight loss is secondary aa the overall focus.

Finding a better life is a combination of quitting weed and a healthy job market and economy. Having a sense of purpose is the biggest deterrent to want to lessen the possibilities that are available for you in your life.
I HATE alcohol. Wine and a beer or two is cool anything more than that you're getting fat and losing sense of who you really are.
I stayed with mine for 33 years! But he is the most covert person I’ve ever seen, met or read about. I have no clue why I would stay. But I am leaving but have to live with him for now
This dude knows NEXT TO NOTHING about weight loss...the best food to eat for body fat loss is meat...if you eat only meat, you are more likely to lose body fat than any other diet protocol, true fact.

SimilSince we make a lot of experiments with animals and study their responses, since we have many similarities. I have one question. Monkeys eat basically fruits, why they don't have any problem with fructose? We are almost the same. even our DNA is 99% same. I understand that in their dietary, there are a lot fibers, but still, fructose is in high numbers. At this point, I would like to say that I followed everything the doctor is saying, and he saved my life!!
10,000 steps at 30% body fat is the average mom of 2 or more kids. I see it all the time.
I tried to get 180+ g. of protein in me every day. Couldn’t do it..
1 pound is 3,500 calories. Unless you are already physically fit your not going to burn even 800 an hour. Walking/Jogging for 25 min doing 2 miles only burns about 400. So unless You're a fitness guru you just can't physically do it. 40 lbs @ 1k burned per hour would take 140 hours. That's about 4.5 hours per day of exercise. No normally person is doing that. 40 lbs should take more like 3 months. Which would still be very difficult for a average person. Your average couch potato zero to hero trying to lose 40 lb should probably take more like 6 months, and even that is ambitious. Nearly no doctor is going to recommend 40 lbs in less than 3 months.
This is only true if you're quite well built. 20% from someone totally out of shape is going to take a lot longer. And water weight does not count as I guarantee they are not using real a real BMI, but an estimated by weight BMI. It's nearly impossible to burn that many calories in 1 month unless your already cardio fit. But you can lose that much weight in water and muscle mass in 30 days.

I go to SCAA- sugar and carb addicts anonymous, and I work the program of recovery to the best of my ability. Sugar is a drug and it’s evil! Epilepsy, mental health probs, diabetes, Parkinson’s-Alzheimer’s -dementia (type 3 diabetes), pcos (type 4 diabetes), cancer (type 5 diabetes), brain fog, fibromyalgia, etc all strongly linked to sugar and carbs. The food industry is criminal! I’m keto-carnivore, I’ve never been healthier or felt better, but it’s not easy giving it up, it’s more addictive than cocaine!

There is a way to consume cannabis in moderation anyone who lets any substance or object control their life has no fucking willpower and has an addictive personality for most people cannabis is not addictive and anyone who says they’re addicted to cannabis is full of shit. They’re not addicted to cannabis. They have an addicted personality, and anyone who lets cannabis rule their life and make their choices for them is fucking stupid and they were a loser to begin with the point to all this is everything in moderation is OK if you let anything control your life you’re a fucking loser so don’t stop using cannabis. Just change the way you use it if it’s affecting your life cut back on your usage rather than stop all together because that says more about you as a person than it does the substance you’re using.

Bad advice, a women will be most obsessed and attracted to you when she can't quite put her finger on you. Yes, tell your girl she's hot, take care of her, fuck her brains out and make her feel like no other guy has. However, don't send her good morning texts every day, don't be obsessed with her, don't give your attention away too easily. She will slowly lose respect and passion for you. Let her text or call you first everyday, let her miss you, let her question how much you love her.

Anyone who says you need to get sober from cannabis has no clue what they’re talking about and over consumes anyway, cannabis is the healthiest substance we can consume and a much better option than pills or alcohol. This information seems antithetical to the research Dr. William Li discusses, i.e., the value of the whole food (pears, apples) including fiber, nutrients that have a beneficial effect for the body.

About fiber freezing…I freeze cherries and blueberries. They are not mushy when unfrozen. While I fully accept his expertise, something is amiss in this explanation.
