Lizardman, Assassin, and Berserker don't actually have Destined Battle cutscenes, which in the normal game will softlock the game if you try to play them in Arcade (hence why normally they're unselectable for that mode). So to fix that softlock, the Plus mod creators just gave them other random characters' cutscenes to use instead. In this case, Assassin is using Raphael's (you can see Assassin do Raphael's animations while Talim is doing Nightmare's). So that glitch happens after Assassin wins because he's using Raphael's special "Won Destined Battle against Nightmare" animation, then after that concludes it doesn't loop, so it instead snaps to using Assassin's actual victory animation
