It's a great scooter until the time u need service or use warranty work or parts replacement.customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They will not answer your emails or have a number to contact or have repair centers in the u.s..ubwant that type frustration go for it..I feel sorry for ppl who do not listen to this feedback.u will deserve everything u get
