here it's covered with doculam i put fiberglass on it now, much stiffer and a kevlar hinge

@@marc_frank I have built two Soarkraft planes so far. A Pika V-tail out of pre-foamed LW-PLA lightweight version with the MH32 wing, and a Juicy with the RG15 wing with the standard horizontal and vertical stabilizers made out of PLA Plus. Both flew well. The lightweight version was noticeably lighter and the lift took it up like an elevator but it's definitely not as durable. I like this plane! It turns on a dime and is very fast with very little drag. I am currently on another build which is a 2m slope plane with an RG15 airfoil called the "Naughty". I am in the final stages of the build. The Naughty seemed like a lot more work, probably because it was bigger and had more parts. The instructions for the Naughty weren't as good as SoarKraft's instructions and I had to fill in the blanks on a few things and made a few mistakes during the build. The Naughty design uses MPX connectors and magnets to enable the wings to be connected to the fuselage wing saddle without having to connect servo wires, which should be pretty cool.

it was fun, but has risks :) my frame broke in the end will have to do some redesigning

ja, hab ich das PW51 und PW2019 3m sollen aber auch ganz gut gehen (nicht als Strak, eins von beiden, durchgehend) ohne scharfe Vorderkante ist er vielleicht ein bisschen robuster wenn der wirklich leicht werden soll, muss auch die Endleiste sehr leicht gebaut werden, genau wie das Leitwerk wenn man normale Ruderhörner und Balsa für die Klappen nimmt, muss man vorne ~100g einbauen, damit der Schwerpunkt stimmt Johan Bergkvist hat ein sehr gutes Bauvideo gemacht

that would be interesting, but very few gyros work with flying wings, plus it would be heavier
