I have a question, I am getting a 7 seater model x this year because we have a new baby coming up on November on top of our 10 year old and 8 year old, we will be using the middle seat for the infant car seat while the two kids sit at the sides with booster seats. I know it's a tight fit but it'll fit. My question may be dumb but I'll ask it anyway, would the middle infant seat block my other kids' view when they are watching movies on the back screen?

The flashing yellow on the juicebox means that the charger is waiting on the vehicle, it doesn't mean something is wrong... I have been using the juicebox for 2 years and it has been flawless. I set a charging schedule in my vehicle because if I "remote start" or condition I guess they call it, I want the vehicle to be able to pull power from the charger. If the charge has time of use enabled, it will not allow the vehicle to pull power if it is outside the charging schedule. When I plug in, I get the flashing yellow light. I walk away and let it be. When 11pm hits and the vehicle calls for power, the light turns green.

Been asking for it forever and… crickets from Rivian. Sold my R1T before this came out.

I have 17k miles on my 2023 MX LR and it is still as smooth as day 1. No shudder. So much nicer than my 2018 and 2020 MX. only thing I miss is auto-presenting door.

Michigan to California in a Toyota Camry would only need about 30 minutes at the gas pumps, for the whole trip. In comparison, the Tesla needs *many* *hours* at the chargers.

Teslas also experience occasional problems with phone keys. You offer good advice: always bring the key card. (Lots of Rivian videos on your channel, for a Tesla Evangelist!)

Interesting that you liked the new X so well. I wish I had had the same experience when I test drove them in the fall, I might have bought one. But the two I test drove were both noisier than I'd like (and noisier than the competition) and I did not have the same experience with ride quality. I drove two different cars, and with the second drive I experimented with the ride settings and was still not impressed. YMMV

I wonder why the screen is yellow. I like the stalks in my model Y. I find it to be the most utilitarian car that I have ever owned. So much space. Comfort for 4 and fits 5 with my dog in the way back and still room for groceries in the frunk

Why do all evs feel the need to make weird door handles? I wish they were all normal. There is little aerodynamic benefit to making the door handles difficult to use. They're especially problematic in an ice storm.

Hello again. I commented on your other video about transferring FSD and free supercharging. I test drove the MX a month ago and fell in love with it. I decided to order an MX and take advantage of being able to transfer my 2018 MS's FSD and free supercharging (will have to pay for the premium connectivity after 12 months). I'll miss my MS, but looking forward to owning a refresh MX. Faster charging, better screens (I have MCU 2, but refresh way better) and better suspension. Also, I noticed that the MX that you test drove had the updated steering wheel (horn back in the center and camera button where the horn used to be on the refresh S and X). The MX that I test drove had the horn as button on the wheel and not in the center like normal cars. I have no VIN yet. I'm crossing my fingers that my MX will have the other new upgrades coming (front camera and ambient lighting). Knowing my luck it won't. Back in 2018, I missed the new MCU by a week. Take care.

Test drove the refresh. Love the extra door latch. Suspension and cabin noise notably better. Besides the new seats, I'm not a fan of the interior. Feels cheap to me, from plastic on the steering wheel to the LED strip that is visible during the day as a white plastic strip around the interior. What surprised me the most was how easy it was to adjust to no stalks. Think about how easy it was to convert to one pedal driving.

Notice the green light on the left side of the HomeFlex. That light is showing that the wifi CAN connect. If your charger's main light is solid white when not charging, AND the wifi light is NOT on, then you have a faulty wifi unit and it will probably need service or warranty replacement. Let me know if you have different results.
