Please explain how, even if no new immigrants came to Australia, the labor market would need new workers to replace those retiring each year. Additionally, these new workers would need housing, while retirees continue to live in their homes for longer periods. How would you ensure enough housing for young Australians without building new accommodations, instead of relying on elderly people passing away at a certain age?
