I’m afraid what if I’m that faithless one? I really struggle with assurance don’t see a lot of fruit of faith and I’ve been a believer for many yrs but just feel dead My prayer life and works apathy so much angst anxiety I have no assurance I’m afraid

Hello I’m Marion from ireland wondering What. Do you do when your life is literally falling apart and you can’t take it anymore but you are entertaining constant thoughts of I could not be a Christian cause if I was I would be taking all of this without moaning or groaning this is what entertains my thoughts all day I just feel I could cry out to god all day he dosnt hear or dosnt care im trying to take what I just humanly don’t have to take the two words I hear canstantly are should of done that and shouldn’t of done that should and shouldn’t are the most loudest words of My day so I keep trying not to do what I shouldn’t do I fail all the time anyway I feel guilty if I want a situation to changi feel I should be going tru it without worry or fear if I love god and I keep falling short thank you for listening marion

Don’t know where to start I’m Marion again from dublin ireland commented a few weeks ago I was advised to go to a church that John recommended in dublin havnt gone yet don’t be well suffer badly with dizziness long story every time iv tried to go something happens unbelievable but I’m 30 years trying to receive saving grace I know I don’t have it don’t know how to relax in Christ just don’t keep looking to myself to change nothing happens so when I hear John fonville preach it’s sends shivers tru me it’s so balanced his message the tru message but save you don’t see yourself in Christ where do I stand does he love me or not really can only listen to someone like John preach don’t trust any church been to them all all I got was law I’m very slow at receiving the gospel there is no change in me

I just want to say I’m watching all of pastor Johns sermons from dublin ireland I was led to him I absolutely believe by the Holy Spirit I was searching for Ashley null sermons who I was led to by the Holy Spirit too and I came accross paramount church and heard this pastor pray before ashley null came on to preach and was struck by pastor johns prayer of honesty and truth I’ve been listening to him ever since a new way of Christianity for me I’m so confused can’t find a church in dublin that teaches what he does so I’m not in a church very sad don’t know what to do I love robert capons message wont find many churches who agree

Was in a reformed church that only read a couple of verses from a Psalm, and the pastors sermon text. There were the words of absolution after confession, but no extensive reading of the scriptures.

Being uncomfortable with hearing the gospel truth. I think that’s good because it opposes the abilities men believe themselves to have. It crushes their self sufficiencies so they can receive from Christ which is the point. If Christ doesn’t serve us, we will never walk in and do the will of God. The flesh profits nothing

Rather than drawing from God in Christ, John 15:1-11 the Vine, too much of what is presented as love is manufactured and doesn’t last nor is it a sacrificial love.
