Let’s be real about the situation Tony Kahn is not a boss. He’s a nice guy like punk said he doesn’t know how to be a boss and if he did, he could’ve prevented the whole situation and the brawl out but he doesn’t know how to be the boss and see him punk has literally been begging for him to release him But Tony would not let him go but yeah, punk is still wrong for putting his hands on Jack Perry but nobody else was going to take initiative the situation not even the boss of the company so you condone Jack’s childish behavior when he was literally cussing out everybody in the back, and they literally begged to solve the situation and on top of that punk even said they were not like the way that he solves the problem.
