JANITROL JUNK FURNACES ARE GOODMAN FURNACES JUNK ALSO?
We all heard about the Janitrol Junk furnaces. Then Goodman furnaces came along and replaced the Janitrol brand name. Well, are all Goodman and Janitrol furnaces junk? Are Goodman furnaces just a garbage furnace compared to other brands like the Janitrols were?

This outside plaster corner needed some heavy skim coat to restore the 90 outside corner. With the use of a straight edge, joint compound and an 8 inch drywall knife we are able to restore the corner.

When the HVAC industry went from R22 to R410a I bought up some excess R22 condensers right before they ran out at the supply house. I never got involved in the 410a craze. I have several r22 units that need replaced now. I might just hold out for the transition from r410a to R32 and skip 410a craze.

Carpet tack strip is a horrible product to deal with, one side has nails the other is full of finger cutting tacks.. There is not a good way to cut the stuff up for us DIYers. This is how I cut the stuff up on the quick and get rid of it.

Anytime an electrician runs Romex wire into an old breaker box or fuse box they should leave plenty of wire in a mess above the box. When the box is replaced the last thing we want to do is put every wire into a junction box before it gets wired into the new breaker panel. Its ok to make a Romex wiring mess.
