Yoghurt Mixed Fruit Salad Recipe | No Sugar No Cream| Healthy Breakfast for Weight Loss
This is our family favorite, little sweet in taste and best way to finish your spicy food, or a healthy breakfast option. Try this super simple recipe and let us know your feedback.
⏩ IMPORTANT TIPS -
1. You can add Vanilla Essence or Cardamom Powder into the yogurt.
2. Add any fruits of your choice but any fruit that is a bit crunchy is a must in the recipe like pomegranate, apples etc.
3. Avoid any fruit that gets over soft/mushy e.g. strawberry etc in this recipe.
4. Best is to refrigerate and then serve cold.
5. Cut apples in the end so that they dont turn brown.
⏩ INGREDIENT-
Banana - 1
Apple - 1
Green Grapes - 1 Cup
Pomegranate - 1 Cup
Kiwi - 1
Creamy Yogurt/Turkish Yogurt - 1 Cup
Salt - Less than 1/4 tsp
Honey/Maple Syrup - 2 tsp
Dried Coconut - 1 tsp
Chopped Almonds and Fruity Cereal (to serve)

    I did these the same way as said. Felt the taste of jowar was overpowering. For those of you who wouldn’t like it and dont mind mixing wheat flour with jowar - can give it a try

    Hi..I have a suggestion if i MAY...don't leave the pav for so long in the pan itself! It will sweat and make it soggy. After the butter brush , leave it for a minute or two and demould it on a wire rack....
