Well, no! Just let them know your expectations before going through the interview process, else in the later stage if they don't have budget as per your expectations, it's a time waste for both. And in most of the cases, in the screening call itself HR clarifies these things, no matter how much you try to avoid, they get all your current CTC and expected CTC details
