VCHSS 2024 Round 6 @ Blue Ridge | Mountainous Harescramble #gasgas #dirtbike #twostroke
A mixture of all 4 laps up in the Blue Ridge Mountains for Round 6 of the Virginia Championship Harescramble Series. This was a fast course with a "little" bit of dust for a few miles. I didn't have a great start nor could I get a good flow going throughout the race. Nevertheless I was able to push hard the last two laps to retain a 4th in 250c and 21st overall out of 180 riders.

First couple laps of long and hard fought race for 1st. Jason and I were back and fourth the entire race but got myself stuck in a mud hole the last lap and end up finishing 3rd in my class and a 12th overall out of 211 riders. Extremely tight course that tested your skills but overall a fun course!

Mud, rocks, roots... you name it and Graves Mountain has it! This was a fun and physically demanding race. Was able to finish 3rd in 250c and 16th overall out of 172 riders. It was a race where line choices and maintaining a consistent pace mattered. Great battle with Justin at 37:28.

First off, I want to apologize about the muddy lenses but managed to get some decent footage from it! Will try my best to remember to wipe off during future races. VCHSS 2024 Knockdown Harescramble 250c | 1st Place Charge | 23' GasGas EX300

Final lap of the Knockdown race for VCHSS round 2. After running out of gas in round 1 on the last lap I put on a charge this race to take the win in 250c and a 11th overall out of 200 riders. Track was a little rough and tight but had some good flow in some sections. See y'all at the next one!

Back at it again for the 2024 race season for VCHSS! Raced today at Oakridge and had a fantastic race until the end. Just had passed 3rd place on the last lap and ran out of gas 1/2 mile from the finish line. Had to push the bike to the finish line but there is always next race. Remember to pit for gas for long races... I wouldn't know! See y'all at the next one.

10 miles of fast and flowy single track! The conditions were perfect for such a greatly laid out course. I had an absolute blast with a 6th place finish in 250c and 38th overall out of 239 riders for the morning event! It has been a great year and can't wait for the next season. Thank you to all who put on these race events!

Absolutely loved this track in Floyd, VA. It had a good mixture of everything but defiantly technical in a lot of areas. Kept making some mistakes that costed me some time but was able to pick it right back up! I had some fun battles with a few of the guys in the class and we basically finished within seconds of each other. See y'all at the last round of the season in Arrington!
Birthday Race! - VCHSS Round 13 @ Pipsico 250c Harescramble

Retained another top 10 finish in 250c but couldn't stay consistent throughout the race. We received some rain the day and night before the race, which made track conditions slick in some sections as well as more rain for the main event guys right after we finished. Mountainside Harescramble! VCHSS Round 12 @ Coyote Run 250c

Up in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Wytheville Virginia! This was a great course with a variety of different obstacles and terrain. Felt like I was going up, down, or riding on the side of a hillside the entire time. Got another top 10 finish in 250c and finished 32nd out of 188 riders overall. Intense battle the entire last lap trying to stay ahead of 42H! See y'all at Pipsico for Round 13!
Dust Bowl at Graves Mountain! VCHSS 2023 Round 11 250c

Rocks, rocks, more rocks, and don't forget the dust! Pretty tough race at Graves Mountain. This was an extremely challenging track that tested your endurance, skill, and judgement when you could only see about 5ft in the front of you due to the dust! Off my game this race but will hopefully bounce back at Coyote Run. Apologies for not having a video for Rivers Edge. Ran into some battery issues...
VCHSS 2023 - Lake Sugar Tree Harescramble 250c

Had a good time at Lake Sugar Tree for the 8th round of VCHSS. It was a tough track with it being very similar to last year so it was very choppy and rutted out. I would defiantly say my motocross skills needs some work but not far off from pro.. I wish! See everyone at the next one!

Great single track that was tight with some slick bridges and some open areas to get on the gas! Thank you to everyone who put this track together. Ended up finishing 7th in 250c. Looking forward to the next one!

Do you know where in the video I may have passed you? My number is 99L and I ride a yz125 white triangle graphics. My lap times are mostly faster but I was the one in the video that you passed on the first lap when my bike was down about 11 minutes in
I cut out a few minutes in the first lap shortly after I went down. I guarantee it’s probably somewhere in that time I cut out my apologies !
