Sailing goose winged down wind with a modern rig, with Lego self steering system. Sailing at the entrance to the River Hamble. The wind vane fits onto the transom of the boat, it has a rudder and adjustable wind vane, works surprisingly well. See more - www.classicpondyachts.co.uk

Sailing on the entrance to the River Hamble. This model restored for my grand children, modern mast and sails and a self steering system made out of Lego. Not easy driving the launch, setting the sails and wind vane, launch the model, film from my camera and drive the launch around the model, must get better!

The sails are made from an old discarded super light spinnaker from a Coral 45 racing yacht! they work really well.

Hello. I have just purchased a Onward hull here in Australia with sails , sadly the mast and booms are gone . Could you please give me the diameters off your mast and booms and any information on there construction that may help me construct a new set . I would really appreciate it. Cheers.
