All of my pugs were house trained between 5 months to 9 months. Easiest manners training was with. My long legged and long snout rescue pug. Hardest pug to manners train were my pugs from snow litters. Always used is positive reinforcement. One of my pugs did well with agility. But most of my pugs just hung out with us.

These are of course generalizations. I have a Pug.....has been VERY high energy since he was a puppy and athletic and trong. Opposite of the "typical Pug". So dont pick a Pug ASSUMING....heh.. you might be in for a rude awakening :)) My dog can run 20 mph on a leash...heh...likely faster when off leash...
