    You have made good progress with this workout plan but I can give you a few tips to improve it. As I understand, you want to go for hypothriphy and muscle building. It is very important to define your goal and to choose the most effective type of training. Hypothrophie: 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps to failure and a rest time of 60-240 sec ,the longer you wait, the more you go on strength) Strengh: 3-5+ sets 1-5 reps only before failure and not completly, rest: 180-300+ sec Endurance: 2-3 sets 15-20+ reps (Until you can't anymore), rest 30-90 sec Your workout: The weighted dips are very good together with incline presses Lateral raises, one of the best for the side delts You could complement the decline sit-up with the L-sit, one of the best exercises for the core For the neck, train all ranges of motion (front/back/sides/rotational) . The neck is one of the important muscle an needs to be properly trained. And it helps not to get knocked out after a punch in the face XD Triceps extencions=good Pullups (I love them XD): Best of the best for the bag and it trains your biceps to, you can do them normal, weighted and there are a ton of different variation. You have them save in your pull program. Of course I could say a lot more but that would be too much. I highly recommend the book Overcoming Gravity This book contains everything you ever need for sports, hypotrophy, strengh, endurance, how to create a perfekt and flexible workout plan, how to rest, the nervous system and how to train it, what to do or not to do etc. etc. A ton of content, really well summarized and limited to the most important points With this book you will become an expert in this area and could work as a personal trainer XD 🔥🔥🔥

    not bad bro, if it works for you then its a good split. For someone like me who is more torso dominant, I follow a chest/bicep/shoulders, back/tricep, legs split so I can have energy to really hit my arms when theyre not fatigued as they are a weakpoint.

    • @Maxximize
      @Maxximize Před 9 dny

      love to hear it, most important part of fitness is finding a routine you can stay consistent with and if the bro split is helping you try and bring up the slacking arms, then all the power to you man. If your arms are a weak point, check out some of ALex Leonidis arm videos and don't neglect trying to get better at your compound movements because that in of itself will boost your arms as well.

Watch this video: czcams.com/video/IODxDxX7oi4/video.html Trust me, 100 is hard but if you focus on quality and keep up a decent rep count every day, eventually you'll be able to knock out 100 in one go.

    Pro Tip on the push-ups. I do around 300 daily & did 450 just the other day. Genuine full ROM is chest to ground & back up with full extension. Only count your full ROM reps, once you can no longer do full ROM reps take a break until you can do more. Thats where you will see progress day by day. Pro Tip on pull ups. I can rep out 15-20 in a set fairly easily & I do muscle ups every now & then. Work on holding yourself at the top with your lats contracted & chin above the bar, then slowly descend down with good form. The rest is essentially the same as push ups as far full ROM goes. Only count full ROM reps. Anything else will give you bad habits & poor results. Much respect, keep going at it, you’ll get there eventually nothing happens in the fitness world on a days notice. For example I went from doing 300 pushups in 12 sets of 25 & now I do them in 6 sets of 50… In the words of David Goggins (I am NOT him) Stay Hard!💪🏽

      15-20 pull ups in one set is no joke, congrats to you my man. I agree definitely still a lot of work to do to master the form of the movements. I do try and train the eccentric for the pull-ups weighted where I try and descend as slow as possible after my working sets. Read David Goggins book, big fan.

    This topic is very important and is not highlighted enough in the general self-improvement scene. A problem that plagues many people. You give direct solutions that are naturally, like not to overthink and just to start. There are no special hacks to get rid of mental problems and what helped me the most were Dr.K's (HealthyGamerGG) videos. Above all, the issue of awareness and not acting on autopilot. Of course there were many other factors that helped me, but the most important were Wim Hof, David Goggins, sport, books like: How to make friends and influence people, Millionairs fastlane, Rich Dad poor Dad, Cant hurt me, How to lerarn anything in 48 hours, Overcoming Gravity and 48 laws of power etc. What was your first book and your most important, how did it influence you ? For me it was "How to make friends and influence people" and from that point on it changed my life Ps: This is exactly how I imagined the lighting and it draws more attention to you. Keep it up Brother🔥

    • @Maxximize
      @Maxximize Před 13 dny

      Right on Andre, glad it resonated with you. The first ever self-improvement book I read was Rich Dad Poor Dad. I've read all the books you mentioned except for Overcoming gravity and i think highly of all those books, listed especially Millionaire Fastlane which is in my top 5. The book that I would say most transformed my life was Atomtic Habits and specfically the portion of setting barriers to overcome addiction as that was a key tool I used to overcome my addictions mentioned in the videos. Recently, Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday was a great read. Most men have a way bigger ego then they realized and that book gave me a lot of peace and made me realize the problem which then in turned help me solve it. This made my book launch go much more smooth and as I said for sure with checking out. Appreciate the feedback on the lighting to, keep on keeping on brother.

    If I may give a friendly feedback (also being an average guy working out with body weights exercises), keeping a good form for each rep is crucial to get significant improvements 😇 You don't seem to achieve a full ROM when doing your pushups, you should get closer to the ground, with your nose almost touching it (without bending your head down to achieve it of course 😅) and your elbows should be closer to your chest, target an angle about 45° with your chest, you will harm your shoulders in the long run with a 90° angle 🙂 The camera angle for the pullups/chinups doesnt allow to check the actual ROM as you mentioned, I can just say that crossing legs make the move asymmetrical, aim for straight legs, and if not enough space between the bar and the ground, bent knees with parallel legs, or joined and raised straight legs are the way to go 🙂 Keep it up, motivation is the key 😁 thank you for sharing !

      your´re right, technic is key. Its 1000% better to do 5 perfekt pullups than 15 with bad technic and posture.Your body will adapt and memorize the movement, It will be very difficult to get rid of the bad ones.

    the thing I've noticed about Canadians is they're quite complacent vs Americans. Americans have a fighter spirit, they're not gonna allow politicians and big corps to do whatever they please. Canadians let few companies monopolize key industries (food/mobile...) and keep voting for priviliged shitheads like Trudeau. Trump lasted 1 term and that's it. Trudeau got elected 3 times is mind blowing.

And at some point - after adding 2,5 kg to my bench i couldn't do a single rep (week ago i could do 3). I searched for some advice online and i figured out, that maybe i should lower the weight, and for some time do higher reps, rather than fighting the weight i cannot lift (for now). Also, slowing down the eccentric - really helpfull (and humbling ;) ) -Another one - cut the junk volume. I think that was Mike Israetel from Renaissance Periodization

      Great insight, switching up the rep scheme is always a good way to break through a plateau. Junk volume is also very prevalent. All the best to you on your journey, thanks for dropping a comment!

      Yes he got lucky twice and as I said in the video he can recover from this but that’s not always the case such as Ruggs. Irrespective he’s 2-3 good seasons away from a $100 million dollar contract and to have had so many off the field issues in only one season is going to scare some teams away and lower his market value. Let’s hope he corrects and gets that life changing money.

    Great message! I hope it shows up on more peoples algorithm like it did on mine. When I was 21 I was doing excellent. I just bought a Mercedes and thought nothing could ever happen to me. But one night I decided to drive home drunk from the club & flipped my car off the interstate. I broke my neck in the accident and have been a quadriplegic ever since. That one decision changed my life forever.

      I will have to look into Dr Mike more, everyone has been talking about how great he is in this video and my last one. I’ve mostly seen him in podcasts and clips but not enough to give him an honest review or a main lesson to takeaway. Hope you enjoyed the other creators in the video. All the best.

    Jeff will be S Tier for me Personally. Macrofactor as an APP alone, even just with his 2 Month trial has done so much more for me than any other Fitness CZcamsr I've seen. Him and Dr. Mike from Renaissance Periodization (what a dogshit name for a Fitness CZcams Channel btw.) provide me with a knowledge base about the up to date science behind training, so that I can make an informed guess when I put together my own Workout program. The gains speak for themselves for me personally.

Not so much a calisthenics exercise, but you can also look into one legged Bulgarian split squats. Brutal leg exercise I am incorporating on my road to dunking and I think it may be benefit you for balance and single leg power which is huge in MMA.
