Loved the first model..

I don’t like the generic beige stain. Some mid toned natural (-ish) wood would be nice. Even with the stains it would look good and you could still see the history that the piece carries ❤

If only she could have better diction in order to be understood.

You forgot to mention if one is going to flip furniture, you have to be good at it. And you're good at it.

The details on the doors were very beautiful…. It looked more expensive before

the carvings were the only thing that made this piece stand out, and be unique. Oh well.

The green is beautiful and you ruined that poor piece of furniture with that burlap. The design on the front of those doors was amazing. It’s really too bad you couldn’t see it for how beautiful it was.

The only thing is to wash down those glued that are very toxic next to the tree the chest is really beautiful 😍

I have a queen headboard, dresser, night stands and wardrobe made exactly like this sitting in storage that belonged to my mom and dad before they passed away. I always thought the detail work looked like plastic! Idk what to do with them. My brother and his wife want the wardrobe but the rest of it no one has room for.

You destroyed it went from antiqued to a bland piece of furniture, sorry I most say!

I have my great grandmother beveled glass China Cabinet. It has glass shelves and mirror in back When you broke that class I felt the pain.

Where do you sell it? Facebook marketplace?

I get that it’s more sellable but the green would have been great if styled in a dark cottage core way.

You should be proud that you have the courage to to admit and post your mistakes! P.S. that has happened to me too ;)

I look for 20th century funiture like that. I cut them up for the materials and make gothic and classical pieces out of it. Sometimes i just put it through the spindle molder to make hard wood door trims as they are expensive to buy. I then use them to take the 20th century vandalism out of victorian houses and put them back as they were . Im on a one man mission to erase the boomers from history. Made business out of it. I am the victorian dark academia recreation guy.
