Isaac is amazing to watch. He’s smooth throughout his play. His lines are precise Putting is incredible.

Isaac is much more fun to watch than Gannon. I'd much rather spend my time watching someone step up and throw a sick hyzer flip than watching someone wander around squeezing powder all over the course.

Matt, there are still far more people that don’t know anything about disc golf than there are those that are aware. Probably 1/3 at best are aware. As for Prodigy stepping up to promote and push Isaac’s brand, he will know what that looks like in the next two months. The issue is the general popularity of Prodigy. That can limit a players disc sales. Hole 14 was perfection. It added a huge amount of risk and incredible drama for the viewer. What you call fluky, I would call risky. It was not hard to par that hole and eliminate the risk. And, Isaac‘s approach in the final round was garbage. That disc should have rolled away and he clearly knew it based on the reaction. It should’ve landed 10 feet higher up the hill and matched the angle of the slope. Niklas putt wasn’t perfect. I honestly think that comes out more frequently than it goes in. Do I want to see 18 holes like this? No, but one per round should be the standard.

Why is no one talking about the fact that Niklas putt on 14 was on wayyy to much hyzer and that's why it cut thru the chains and hit the pole so hard causing the roll away. Everyone knows that a putt on that much hyzer cuts thru the chains, especially when putting uphill. So by no means was it a perfect putt, under the circumstances it was an amazing effort no doubt and I hate that it happened like that, but the putt was 1. on to much hyzer literally almost vertical 2. going way too fast 3. was to high in the chains on an uphill putt. Again I love his effort, but to be real about it I wouldn't even call it a spit out it was just a missed putt

In regard to what Nick was talking about, I believe it happens when the cell phone switches towers. On WiFi, I don't have that problem, but while out of the house, the app will always kick me out of the player, even if I'm watching video. After so many of these, it won't even let me click watch now because it thinks I'm watching with too many devices, even if it's literally only my phone.

On Isaac being boring (I don't think so but anyway) It's the chill demeanor and speed - he just goes up and drains those c2 putts (and any shot really), it's the best way to be consistent for sure but doesn't add to the drama like Calvin, Gannon, Niklas where you can see the nerves. Isaacs results are flashy but his rutine goes by too fast to let the audience excitement build, even Paul in his prime seemed to take a bit more time and allow him self a bit more reaction to c2 makes

I love how the "leadership" thinks that the decline in disc golf.. and people leaving the sport (competitively, without a PDGA or DGN membership anyway) has everything to do with inflation..or the pandemic lol....and has nothing to do with the "Transgender" fiasco. It's really funny how they avoid that issue.. by refusing to talk about it.. and trying to make us think that they have done "everything" in their power to make it right..or fight against it. Bunch of wimps in my personal opinion. I guess the "Revolution" and personal beliefs.. of Nagtegaal (Nagtegaal's words).. are more important than a "Revelation" of common sense from the majority. Just keep ignoring the members (who are still members and non renewed members like myself) and spectators PDGA.. make some more "surveys" lol... Instead of making.. and enforcing.. a specific LGBQTPO Division. Keep "enforcing" changed and added rules on everyone else. Seems to be working great lol. Listen to your , so called, "data" lol.. maybe people will just forget about it lol. Like "Harley Davidson" or "Bud Light". Maybe you can grow the sport with your new targeted, silent, audience.. who knows?

we need to see it in respects to want volunteers do for the sport. without them there is no tour. unless you want to pay higher entrance fees or ticket prices (to cover paid trained personal) which you will then..................................people are always pointing out shortcomings but do realize the financial implications of making the actual change.....

Spotter moved toward the disc as it was rolling instead of moving away. He wanted to open his legs and let the disc roll between his legs.

I believe GG could have rethrown with no penalty, if the card concluded it was an intentional interference. He would be throwing his first shot again

Two ideas on the spotter interference. 1:Make it a card decision or a rule that in the instance of interference, the lie is in bounds at the nearest point of interference. 2:Make designated spotter zones ( behind a tree or man made object, ect.) so the field has the same obstacle.

In regards to ratings changes, my daughter once had a round rating decrease by more than 130 points when the round turned official.

Jessie kind of worried me there. He indicated that he is finding out fans like certain players and companies etc because of who the fan is, not positive or interesting characteristics of the player/company. That seems to be a bit racist and bigoted if I heard him right. They seemed to do that last year too with certain podcast listeners liking certain things while others other fandoms.

Matt, congratulations to your kiddos for competing all week in Tulsa! Tough competition, a little warm to start, a little damp at RedHawk Thursday…so many great storylines throughout PDGA Junior Worlds this year. We had a ball!

He is looked up to and admired by millions. Oh wait no he isnt. He has a disc golf show with 10.5 k followers. Noone knows his name and his opinion doesn't matter to anyone.

I love Kristen as the person she is and her game. I followed her playing dg before she ever came to the states and what I see from her that not only sets her apart, but is what gives her that "best player ever" vibe compared to other fpo players is her MENTAL game! I truly believe she was granted the opportunity to walk through the door that was kicked wide open by both Evalina and Silva, was because of the lesson alone in which she had just learned, and could now share to whoever needed to hear it. A lesson in life that not only myself can apply, but to all her younger fans out there as they come up in this sport. I truly believe (especially after her last 2 rounds) that she does what she says in her interviews as far as taking the downfall of round 3 and using it as an opportunity to show herself grace and love and understand what the situation is truly about, or anytime she is sharing her heart with her viewers. The impact her words and actions can have on her fans or any viewer is exponentially more valuable than had the post tournament interview been with Silva, where they would've been lucky to get a total of 2 words per question from her if that. Yes, I believe so much of her success is manifested through her positive state of mind, combined with her skillset, which is at the very top of the field. I believe Silva is her closest competitor. I followed Silva before she started playing in the states as well, and as much as I like her strong game, I can't get past how unlikeable she is as a player on the course. I'm sure she's a peach if you're family to her and then again maybe not, but as a viewer, I can't root for someone who constantly has there shoulders slumped, pouting even when the throw or outcome wasn't even bad at times. Plus the fact that she won't answer an interview question with more than 2 words before blankly staring at the camera is just...idk, it's weird and almost frustrating because in this sport, as a player you're selling yourself as a brand and you want to be likeable, not put-offish which is how she is. Hopefully she can mature out of that, gain some social skills and be a true competitor both on and off the course.

#GannonGate since there were more than 1 things that happened either throw his game off or lose the tournament. His perseverance and mental determination was fortified! Amazing seeing how young he is too

New to this channel and I like what I saw. More analytical and balanced than most other DG shows. Excellent interview with Gannon. He's got such a professional attitude towards disc golf; strong combination of confidence, humility, and ability reflect on his emotions and actions. Difficult to believe this guy is only 19. He might do well to learn a more economical wrist-sparing signature!

The team’s take on the European commentary is the worst take ever. So many early/miss calls. Lots of having to walk back scenarios that didn’t come to be. Nearly everything in circle 1 was “It’s in the bullseye!” even when it was closer to circle 2 vs bullseye. Also, a clear biased to Antila and other European players. Antila shoots a fairly stock shot and he was out of his seat with excitement. Then the next shot was from an American and actually difficult with a great result… half the excitement in the commentary.

Love the show. 2 hours past midnight in Sweden. Only time it's live is when I work night. It's my afternoon relax-time listening the next day.

Props to Gannon sticking with that blue disc, I would have dropped it in the dumpster walking off of hole 10 after that roll.

The European open 2022, 2023, and 2024 at the beast provided amazing final stretches. Sad to see it go after next year

Regarding Kristin's victory, first of all, a -5 is a great round (tied for the hot round for the FPO at the Beast), especially with it being the final round and after shooting +8 the day before. Kristin's shots on Hole 4 and 16 stand out the most. The shot on 4 was insane and she was at like the edge of her range on 16. Birdieing hole 10 is also impressive. The scores were also very close all the way through the end of the round and she came out on top.

Last year they let you pay for one event for viewing. I tried to do that this year but only subscriptions now. So I didn't watch any of the coverage. I won't watch post when it comes out in 10 days as everything has been spoiled. So yeah, bad business model from my viewpoint.

So Kristin came from 7 down to win and that by itself is clutch. The fact that she had to overcome TWO players who were 4+ ahead to win is even more clutch. Why Matt continues to "question" her is absurd.
