Hey Jessica. Thanks for your comment! I didn't do really any hand expressing to be honest because I wasn't very good at it! I could kind of get the milk out but it would just spray everywhere and I couldn't contain it into anything. It was a mess. HAHA! So I am probably not the right person to be sharing that. I do remember youtubing a few though when I was trying and there were quite good clips out there so I am sure you will find something. If you are looking for an electric pump however, I used the spectra s2 which I can highly recommend. It is a double pump so really cut down my time when I was having to do those big full pumps. Was very comfortable as well. Hope you keep watching!

Excellent work putting yourself out there. It's right to feel compassion for those who are worse off than yourself, but new parents are very sensitive to the hardships their little ones have to face, and their emotions are no less valid for being smaller in comparison. All the love!! xx
