OK first I love Artichokes and as an avid gardener I love growing things most won't. So I planted artichoke by seed and this is their 3rd year and I got some nice artichokes. So I had NO idea on how to cook them and how to get the heart out. I watched your video and just tried to do it on one. THANK YOU it was that easy after seeing you do it. I have more 8 chokes to do

I loved the apple ones from the 70s and 80s. I had pineapple ones in China and they were even better. I ate lots of them and ordered 20 more and took them back to the states.. is it stupid that it was my favorite thing about my China trip? probably lol I'm weird tho. It was the worst way to make avocados. The taste was bitter and had a very heavy taste. I could not get rid of the unbearable taste of the raw avocado, and it became worse, as it became bitter.

We think the olive oiled & salt & peppered & roasted method & dip in appropriate sauce & just eat the freshly parts & throw away all those hard & hairly parts is the way to eat Artichokes! 😅🙏 Thank You So Much for this Artichoke cooking tutorial! 🌷🌿
