I had a chance to buy mate Steve's '39 Tudor..for some reason the Aussie '38,'39,'40s had a slighly lower roofline back from doors..great looks, better than Fordor roofline..Steve's '39 was original, plus speedboat kit of dual Stromberg 97s, high compression heads, dual exhausts thru Triumph 650 mufflers..l regret not taking up the offer. At the time l was involved in a '41Ford Convertible, with Singapore ID plate on firewall.
