The devil continues to torment and vex people. He tries to get them to curse God, doubt God, or not believe God can help them by smiting them with a calamity, sickness, or a bad predicaments. For instance, we have the example of Job. Job lost seven sons and three daughters, and all his riches . And as it is written; in all this job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Job 1: 22 ...So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: God gave him more riches than he had at the first, seven more sons and three more daughters. In all the land were no woman found so fair as the daughters of Job. Job 42:12-17. At the end of all Job's calamities God blessed Job beyond belief and there was nothing the devil could do about it!!
