GX470 inner hub seal replacement
Easy and fast way to replace the inner hub seal with no special tools. Also called a wheel seal and other names. I apologize if I don't respond right away but I don't check CZcams regularly.

Lexus GX470 Starter troubleshooting and replacement

I go through the troubleshooting steps on diagnosing a bad starter by testing the battery, replacing the ground cables, bypassing the starter relay. also replaced the heater hoses. parts list below. Starter: DB Electrical 410-52504 Hoses from Rock Auto: Dayco 87893 and 80400 and Continental 63216.

I appreciate your videos on the android 10.4" screen install. We have 2 04' GX470'S, my install has hiccups. No audio, or HVAC control. I ran the 2 USB cables through an opening in each side panel, they just hang inside each footwear for easy access. You mentioned a yellow wire plug messed things up? I'll pull mine out tomorrow and see what I can do with the help of your videos. I sure would like some audio, or I'll have to send it back. Thanks for any help.

The screenshot at least turn on. If it doesn't turn on, you might have a defective unit.

You need to get that green coolant flushed out and replaced with the red coolant for Asian cars.
Nah, not really necessary. I've been using green stuff on all my cars for 30 years. Might night last as long, but it's found in every corner of the planet, and it's cheaper.
Yea, pretty necessary. You obviously don’t understand the reason for using the different colored coolants. Match the chemical makeup of the coolant to the metal used in the radiator.

This is a generic camera that I installed. There are many videos online on how to install a camera.
Great vid! I just oucked uo a high mileage 1998 Trooper, but it has a recent overhaul. Its a beast at factory height with the 10ply tires. Now i want to raise it a couole if unches after seeing this. I just really dont want to have to buy new wheels and tires.

Thanks for the video, Had a similar issue last week, tried boosting the battery but no luck, currently waiting for a reman starter for a swap. Quick question, Did you change the throttle body gasket and the coolant lines gaskets by the firewall or did you re-use the old gaskets...? Thanks in advance.
I reused the old ones. It would be a good idea to replace the coolant ones, though, since it's way in there. I took a chance and all still working good.
I’m replacing my starter currently on my 2006 gx, but there’s something attached to my bypass joint that I can’t remove, and I didn’t see that part in your video
Sorry for the late reply but the only thing I can add is that in 2005 they changed the motor to the vvt-i and secondary air injection system. @everettethomas193

I did not use the small circuit board nor any of the input/ output RCA plugs except for the backup camera.

shop just put the bilsteen 4600s and new hd torsion bars, it lifted it pretty nice. still at the shop.. looks mean!

Great video could you please tell me what brackets you have for yr roof rack that fit in the holes under the sealed rails etc. Please it'll be a huge help for they do hard to find and there's no information any where.

What's the status of your Trooper? 315K is pretty good for a 98 Trooper with the known engine issues and 98 was the first Year for the 3.5 liter.
One of the spark plugs near the passenger side firewall is super hard to change.
