Video idea, some 2024 ideas for calm places to visit in Tokyo to have a small break or moment to relax from the busy that is normal city experience. Something like Hozenji or the flower rows of Tsurumi Ryokuchi in Osaka. Or just cheap places to visit to sit down and take a breath, like that idea of cheap karoke during midday on a week day. And thanks for all the fun videos, help make the workday go by a bit faster.

Please show more kawaii stores or cafe and more market food shopping

I’ll be moving to Japan (for a year) in a few months for my work. I’d love to see some basics of setting up a life Japan, what kind of paperwork, commuting, moving into a new apt, etc

the pokemon cafe was by far our most expensive meal in japan. We loved it but the reservations are definitely a task. We were happy finding other local places.

I'm not Japanese, or Okinawan but, I am SE Asian and love bitter melon. In soups, sauteed with eggs or tofu. However it's prepared, I love it and can't get enough. I didn't like it when I was a kid but now I can eat it everyday. It's very good for health

The vegetarian/vegan thing can be tricky in many foreign countries as some don’t distinguish between them and will say vegetarian items are vegan. And as they mention, some just think of vegetarian as no solid bits of meat, so meat broths or other flavorings (e.g. beef tallow) are OK.

Go to Yuasa Town for the Lantern Festival. Plus it the birth place of Soy Sauce.

If I would have to do this right now (or in the near future) I would be totally hopeless. Although, I use to know a good bit of this sort of thing. That doesn't mean I could do it well enough. At least in the beginning. I've never really been all that "Business whatever you wanna call it". Let's just say, my first time truly running my first successful company. I was just being myself. But, I'm not an animal, I had my own business cards. It went well for all the people who already knew me. The others, let's say it wasn't any easy start. Most of them came around, or just fell in line. It's not as if I am a meanie for meanie sake. I would have to basically relearn most of all of it again. But, if I don't use it then I lose it. Lol These are a great thing to know if you are or plan on going to Japan for work/to live long term. Very nice TC! 👏

It's been 20+-years since I lived in Japan. While there, I discovered GENMAICHA GREEN TEA with Roasted Rice and it became my favorite. That I recall, I returned to the US with 3-boxes of it. Thankfully, I managed to restock it thereafter exhausting my supply, as a couple of local markets in San Francisco's Japan-town carried it.

The things I wish Id watched more videos on before my visit: how to use the trains/ticket machines, how to use the luggage transfer service and finally what are the best mobile data options for visitors.

Video idea: Try starting with the train line, Y, G, H, U, etc and see if you can choose one station that is the best on the line. Could be for what's in or at the station. Or for what cool destination is near-by. Or because the neighborhood is cool.

すき焼きに比べて、しゃぶしゃぶは肉の本体のうま味を味わえるので好きです。　すき焼きは”たれ”が濃いので、食材の本体の味をあまり感じられない気がします。

日本食は　”やわらかい”　ことが　美味しい　とされているので、明太子やしゃぶしゃぶも人気があります。日本人は柔らかい食感が大好きです。
