Enugu had something similar in the seventies called Catering Rest House. It used to be bungalow chalets, but it was homestyle. The food was unbelievable. We used to compel our father to lodge us there whenever we visited Enugu. I prefer those environments to hotels. Someone recently opened something similar in Nnewi called Moonshine apartments.
