Buongiorno Luigi, il g-sensor è un sensore inerziale composto da accelerometro e giroscopio. I nostri protocolli sull'arto superiore riguardano solo il ROM (range of motion) dell'arto e la velocità angolare media durante il movimento.
Ma il G SENSOR ha protocolli anche per la valutazione del JERK dell'arto superiore?

Is it possible to localise the movement in a specific area...for example between L1-L5?
hello, yes, you can place the sensor on the specific area whose range of motion you want to know (in your case, for example, between L1-L5). In this case, the ROM reported in the report will be that of the area where the sensor is placed. Keep in mind, however, that the normal range reported in the report refers in all cases to the test performed with the sensor placement at the dorsal level (as indicated in the user manual).
I don’t see any occupational therapist assigned, who are pioneer in the field of this sensory interaction therapy. why company is ignorant about this specialist,that why we rejected 3 unit in 2017.
That was true for Nirvana's first models: since we introduced Nirvana 2 (and even more with Nirvana 3, the actual model and the one which is analyzed in this webinar), thanks to the grasping module, you can apply the system even to occupational therapy. Hola. Mi nombre es Diego Méndez, soy profesor de la universidad autónoma de Manizales (Colombia). En la universidad tenemos un laboratorio de movimiento que cuenta con el sistema BTS GAITLAB. Estoy haciendo una investigación en niños pequeños (18 meses de edad), pero las cámaras optoelectrónicas del sistema BTS están ubicadas a tal altura que no son capaces de distinguir la activad de los marcadores ubicados en los pies del niño. Las cámaras no se pueden mover porque están ancladas fijamente a las paredes del laboratorio. Me urge preguntar ¿existe alguna solución para que las cámaras logren captar la actividad de los marcadores del pie en niños tan pequeños sin tener que mover las cámaras? Gracias por su atención. Quedo atento a cualquier respuesta.

Excellent video... I just have a doubt here.. i am working in an institute with BTS gait lab. The results that we get don't have the knee adduction-abduction moment. We were interested in that variable in osteoarthritis. Can u help me out?

Hi Demetre, this is an old video about our Motion Analysis system. It consists of some Infrared Cameras that capture the motion of a subject and translate it into parameters and graphs allowing the study of the performed movement. It has applications in sport and clinical filed. If you need more info please write us!
