I think you misunderstood the purpose of "spawnable". This is a feature that allows objects to be bound to specific sequencers, unrelated to animating. So, when you convert an object to a Spawnable, it will only appear in that specific sequencer. When you switch to another sequencer, it won't appear. This is done because different shot may require different lighting setups. If you simply animate them all in one sequencer, your outliner will be a mess! Moreover, lights will affect each other, which is not a good workflow for scene management!

You can make Shadowheart sleep with Lae'zel at the tiefling victory party in Act 1 by controlling Shadowheart and talking to Lae'zel, she will express the desire to sleep with her and you get the option of saying "Given our history I can't believe you're asking. and I can't believe I'm going to say yes.." BTW, You get no scene for it, and neither one will mention it ever again. I confirmed this by switching back to my character and no choice to visit Lae'zel is present when you sleep, as it was be if I talked to Lae'zel as my character.
Edit: appears to be patched Edit: ATTENTION I HAVE FOUND THE WORKAROUND. For anyone struggling. Ask any questions I will answer to the best of my ability. Now explanation time. First the laezel scene of her coming for you, IS NOT RANDOM. It will be painful how much shit you will have to do without resting. Especially if you want to save the tieflings. Basically try as hard as you can to make it to the Nightsong without triggering laezels scene. Before leaving the shadowfell portal. SAVE YOUR GAME. Now once you leave the portal, larian has set it up for shadowheart to automatically trigger her cutscene and ask you to confirm or deny the relationship. If you confirm after leaving the portal laezel will notice if she’s in your team and mention that you’ve found a paramour. You can dodge this. Explanation: when leaving the portal you will have a small window to open your wheel and go to camp. Shadow hearts cutscene will literally be happening mid loading screen as you load into camp. But because you’ve made it to camp, laezel for some reason does not notice when you confirm shadowhearts option in camp as opposed to the open world. Then you can go to sleep after confirming the relationship with shadowheart and the laezel cutscene will trigger allowing you to confirm both. Right then and there, you don’t even have to wait until you defeat Ketheric or wait for shadowheart to speak to Nightsong.
Just passing by this video again. I reset my settings if you're having this issue double check your project settings to see if you have raytracing toggled at the same time as raytracing. Also check to see is you have DX12 along with SM6 enabled. That might be your problem. If changing Dynamic Shadow Distance isn't making a difference in your scene, its probably a raytracing issue.
I had to cheat because i could not rest without the laezel fight cutscene, everytime i tried to rest the cutscene triggers, so I used a cheat to rest without goin to camp everytime i had to rest (well I had to kill some bosses to free night song), so it worked like a charm! Now I have laezel and shadowheart and when Halsin tried to romance me it had the dialogue option to break up with laezel and the other dialogue option to break up with shadowheart at the same time! Technically the game "recognizes" you are with both

Needless to say, I never bring Halsin in my party ever aside from some quests(No spoilers) in the Shadow-cursed land that have speciale tie to him. Apparently, Halsin is Shart's type as well. I'm keeping him away from her as far as much as possible
