I'm a lawyer who spent most of his career working on Capitol Hill. Danny's Mom taught me how to write legislation. Health care equity and civil rights legislation, mostly. It took time, but we won more often than we lost. She's also been part of my chosen family when the one I was born into couldn't necessarily be counted on because I'm gay. I woke up this morning to a text from her with a link to this video, and I thought, "Huh?" But, I watched it, and about 57 seconds into it, I thought, "OMG! That's Danny!" LOL!
