Very satisfying watching ducklings swim, so fast, so cute! :-)

Funny being up hill, you can disappear for days. Sometimes you can't see beyond the fence. I miss our lovely views of the hills, but it is strangely satisfying being in the cloud. This is the first time we have been in the cloud for 4 days in a row. Perhaps Bill Gates has bought some farmland in Scotland? ;-)

These birds really are fabulous, they all have names and all but 2 out of about 15 will eat out of my hand. I have a great bond with Shrek and many of the females. They look for me all day long, going round and round the house in circles. When I'm working outside, even noisy mowing, some will follow me with the mower.
