Morse Code Keys by RA1AOM de N6TT
These single lever keys were hand made by Val RA1AOM. I have been pounding the brass going on 58 yrs and his keys are some of the best keys I have used for QRQ. I have my Winkeyer set to 45 WPM , 73, de Steve N6TT

Hi. Which headphones are you using. Tks Bst73de i4oqa 😊
CW is precision poetry, a second language. N6TT demonstrates wonderful fluency here. This is a joy to watch. // KD9LTQ
I am jealous,I am trying to improve up to 25 wpm.
To communicate without speaking a word.
Man great video. I've been going through a divorce that was final last year. I'm just now getting back into ham and back to learning CW better. I was a 5wpm General. I just barley passed CW test. I think the Good Lord was guiding me through. That's the only way I passed. I'm not giving myself enough credit because I think I know CW more that I think I do. 73 KA9WLU
Thanks for the video, I'm hoping to buckle down and hear the words at 12 words per min. Lol practice listening is my goal this year. Maybe by 2020 I can make 12 words per min. 73s
Bear in mind N6TT has been a ham in a ham family for a very long time. I think radio (and especially CW) is in his blood. I am not surprised he's well equipped. I think the video demonstrates a guy having 35 WPM qsos with other hams on 40M. It demonstrated nothing about it being a rich man's hobby. I have been an active ham since 1981, primarily HF, primarily CW, and own a variety of older and somewhat newer gear (most everything purchased used). I'm a pretty average guy on a pretty average income. I would never tell another person that ham radio is a rich man's hobby! Claiming you have no trouble copying this guy is not verifiable, impresses no one, and does not give merit to your argument. Pointing out that he is not sending the correct error signal is rather elementary and nit-picky - I participate in a cw roundtable a couple of times a week, and I hear a couple of ways that indicate 'error' - if the other op is truly copying, then typically the error is pretty obvious. To claim this op demonstrated "poor operating" on that point just sounds 'snooty' and jealous.
N6TT was able to copy just fine, but WA7HJV was not quite able to copy maybe because he was kind of weak in some spots.
Is that green thing by right arm a cigarette lighter ?
I'm relevately new to CW. I can copy abt 18 wpm now after abt 6 months. I am currently using a vizkey bug, I play this at half speed as practice (yes, youtube will let you do that). Great vid, wish you would make more. Hope to be able to head copy like this someday. Please come up up to 7055 every once amd a while and help us SKCC guys improve. Great vid.
Congrats for ur beautiful CW om ! I can copy 60 wpm but 35 is relaxing ! 73's

Love the Bengali..You make the copy easy Steve. I recently picked up a Schuur Paddle that has a fantastic feel along with a beautiful hand made all brass Russian paddle. I've worked you a few times on 40 but I want to keep my identity silent on CZcams. 73....
