I always liked THIS type of grungy scify asthetic, you could fit this thing perfectly in: necromunda, fallout, scifi post apocalyptic style things such as borderlands, rage.... While on the other hand hyper gothic buildings.... they are cool but only fit properly in 40k. This type of builds gave you and inmense amount of creativity and flexibility on the other hand!
Thank you very much 😊 Yeah I was definitely aiming for a fairly ambiguous style so I can use it in sci fi and post apocalyptic settings.
If you can build this guy that fast as you mention you could had an entire army of them as you mention! To be honest, they remember me a bit the Halo ODST drop pods upside down also!

Havevever used Milliput Or Foam Clay
I think milliput would probably be a bit expensive for large terrain pieces. But yeah Clay would probably work just as well as filler.
I love the press into the Foam then glue idea. My Favorite Hit Glue is Gorrillia Hot Glue Sticks. And i use AD Tech 2ctemp And c Detail Hot Glue Guns

These terrain pieces are great. I love recycled parts- in fact one of my pieces was done for a total cost of something like £1 because I wanted to demonstrate how easy it can be- I like encouraging people just to try. This video is a great example of just that. Also, are you based in Wales?
Thank you very much Yeah everything in the build was either free or dirt cheap from charity shops. Always satisfying to make stuff out of things that were going to go to waste. Yes. I am based out of Wales.

I really like the look of this! I dunno if you've seen what I'm talking about, but it looks a lot like Miyazaki's industrial buildings and machines from anime like Nausicaa and Castle in the Sky.

@@BadgerCastleCreations you can just Google image Nausicaa and you'll probably see some of what I'm talking about. Lots of inspiration for tabletop games there. But brilliant work, keep it up!
I feel like those twisty lids from Yogurt and Apple Sauce packs are the Wilhelm scream of kit bashing. Ubiquitous, noticeable, but always appreciated when they find their way in to a project.

I think the Frostgrave Cultists set would probably work well for Chaos Cultists/sci-fi Cultists, just swap swap out any of their more medieval weapons with guns and other sci-fi weapons (a Cultist with a chain-axe would be sick)
