I never cut down milo trees, kamanis' or any trees on the coastline. I don't even have a gas or battery chainsaw. Wayne German the guy that said I cut down trees and poisoned them. He went up against my car and scratched it heavily with his metal dog leash, 4k Worth of damage. When I was kayaking with my friend Marcy before her heart surgery. Wayne has flipped off and yelled at my 10-year-old son with rage as well he has done the same thing to me the kayak lady. Jacki and her husband Howard aka ward friends with Wayne and their neighbor have been stalking me harassing me for years. Jacki Howard and Wayne are liars Greg does not seem to be a liar. but Greg does harass as well. Greg he does not have a driveway he has a gras yard Infront of where he lives that he pulls into on the grass. The people walking the kayaks Infront of his house probably did not realize they were in his way. I never done anything to them and they never had to wait to go by because I never block the roadway, there is always a path through. They especially ward and them decides to drive by several times a day and follow harass me and kayakers any chance they get. The Rita family never called me and said they own the public access. I don't have even close to at least 12 kayaks and I don't have 22 kayaks; I have way less. Jacki even false testified testimony she said I have a tunnel in my house and that the beach is infested with my kayakers at the state capitol for HB 1134. she also said im not nice. I am Nice and cooperative and caring Christian lady. When I got the letter from DLNR that said cease and desist business in commercial water which I'm not doing business in commercial water. I called DLNR they said only reason I got a letter was because of complaints, Jenna Kawasugi DLNR assistant manager said they don't have jurisdiction out of the water as well. DLNR also previously told me I don't need a permit. DLNR also never answered my letter or questions of what I did wrong. People of the neighborhood board and council need to have more discernment and less bias and discrimination against small business. Come check me out and see what the truth really is rent from me undercover like my retired HPD neighbor said. the neighbors all complained about him shooting Guns into the air, got his gun taken away, I heard from the neighbors and a restraining order. Have the responsibility to find the truth! DLNR and DPP said I don't need a permit. I am a declared home occupation. I am doing everything right according to regulations. I will continue to do so long as I understand, and same rules applies to me as everyone else. There is no business other than 7 boat tour companies that have permits since 1992 no kayak shops have permits in the Kane'ohe Bay, yet they all advertise Kane'ohe Bay. As well I do care deeply about the sea and kayaking and no what is necessary to teach to encourage to avoid any damage to the reef and people, I have a way making people know what they need to know to protect themself and the environment. I've been inspected 3x and they never told me I was doing anything wrong. I kayak from my friend house on the water with my friends and family and his friends and family. I don't do business there. I do often go there though. There is a new house and fence built from the shore all the way up the driveway August 2023 pictures. As well I tell people to not unload in the road and that it's on the contract to not unload in the road; however, I cannot control everyone or load transport for people. Every once in a while, there are a few people unfortunately that have entitled attitudes with no common sense to listen and respect people by sharing the road etc. They assume like a bike sharing the road and assume cars will move slightly over.. I do my best that they are aware though what to not do. Hey, I'm very much for protecting the reef if people are seen damaging the reef, if it's any of my kayaks call me send me a text picture, I'll turn them in myself because the know better. Also report it to DOCAR.

Great to have this available but the video quality of the Board itself needs work. Shifting between the board and those on-line is not correct - perhaps just use a multi-screen format for the recording. The shifting did not work in this video. Good information provided - but very long.

It would be great if there was a program for residents and how to best deal with homeless that enter into their neighborhoods or properties. Informationals are great, but a training for the community would be better.

It would be great if those asking police about preventative measures would provide solutions of their own. Otherwise questions like what are you doing about the homeless is a mute point.

I am so glad I totally forgot about this meeting and didn’t spend any of my birthday attending this. I lost count how many times an issue was brought up, partially discussed & not really resolved. In fact quite a few times, an issue was dropped, &/or moved on from it, leaving the issue hanging. Very much like when I asked in the July Mtg about NB no.17 … in fact, I never heard from Lloyd Yonenaka or Dylan W. as Lloyd said he would get back to me but never specified when.
